C	Claudio Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale non mi piace, luce bianca fredda e colori bianco e grigio rendono tutto molto freddo ma il personale è cortese e la pizza (napoletana alta) e la carne sono molto buoni, da quando l'ho provato, una pizza vicino casa o da asporto la prendo sempre qui e si spende anche bene. Aggiornamento: ora fanno anche le pinse con impasto lievitato 72 ore, si possono scegliere con gli stessi condimenti delle pizze ma secondo me la fragranza è migliore; l'impasto della pinsa non lo fanno loro, lo prendono da un forno specializzato, questa cosa toglie forse personalità e tende un pochino ad omologare parte del gusto tra le varie pinserie che fanno lo stesso ma in definitiva essendo un impasto particolare io condivido la scelta anche perché il risultato finale è di assoluta soddisfazione. I don't like the place, cold white light and white and gray colors make it all very cold but the staff is courteous and the pizza (high Neapolitan) and the meat are very good, since I tried it, a pizza near home or from I take it always take it here and spend it well too. Update: now they are also made with leavened dough 72 hours, you can choose with the same condiments as pizzas but I think the fragrance is better; the dough of the pins do not do it, they take it from a specialized oven, this thing perhaps takes away personality and tends a little to homologate part of the taste among the various pinserie that do the same but ultimately being a particular dough I share the choice also because the final result is of absolute satisfaction.

Siamo stati accolti e fatti accomodare al tavolo da un personale cordiale e sorridente! Abbiamo preso l'antipasto della casa, molto sostanzioso e con diverse portate fresche, ad un prezzo abbordabile e conveniente. I primi sono ottimi, sia i tipici piatti romani (come la carbonara), sia i piatti di pesce!! La pizza è molto buona ed anche i secondi squisiti! I dolci fantastici, siamo rimasti parecchio soddisfatti, e soprattutto pieni! Vino della casa buonissimo, tornerò per assaggiare anche gli altri! Personale competente e simpatico: abbiamo avuto modo di poter parlare con i camerieri ed i cuochi, persone davvero cortesi e disponibili. Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare assolutamente per provare i vari piatti, mi incuriosiscono! Soprattutto per il conto, abbiamo speso meno di quanto ci aspettavamo. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. It has an outdoor parking, and gives the possibility to eat both outside and inside. We were greeted and seated at the table by friendly and smiling staff! We took the house appetizer, very substantial and with several fresh courses, at an affordable and convenient price. The first courses are excellent, both the typical Roman dishes (such as carbonara) and the fish dishes !! The pizza is very good and the main courses are delicious too! The desserts were fantastic, we were very satisfied, and above all full! Very good house wine, I'll be back to taste the others too! Competent and friendly staff: we had the opportunity to speak with the waiters and cooks, really courteous and helpful people. Definitely a place to return to absolutely to try the various dishes, they intrigue me! Especially for the bill, we spent less than we expected. We were satisfied. Excellent quality and price ratio.
