★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un sabato sera del periodo natalizio, di passaggio da Belpasso, notiamo questo posto grazie anche alle composizioni luminose tipiche del periodo e così lo mettiamo nella lista dei locali “da visitare”, spinti dalle foto che ritraggono pizze e panini. Dico subito che le prime -le pizze- purtroppo, non le fanno più.
Accolti in un ambiente caldo, che rispetta bene i canoni del pub, notiamo che oltre alle varie forme di “panino” è presente la focaccia.
La scelta ricade su una focaccia al pistacchio (l’accostamento di questo con le zucchine è ottimo e originale) e su un panino con i friarielli, (questa verdura davvero ben condita) accostata alla salsiccia che si può scegliere condita o semplice.
Il panino mi viene servito nella stessa pasta (buona) della focaccia: questo “errore” personalmente l’ho gradito molto.
Tutti i piatti vengono serviti stracolmi di patatine: ottimo.
Poche le salse, servite solo “in busta”.
Buona la birra alla spina.

On a Saturday evening during the Christmas period, passing by Belpasso, we notice this place thanks also to the luminous compositions typical of the period and so we put it in the list of places "to visit", driven by the photos depicting pizzas and sandwiches. I immediately say that the first - pizzas - unfortunately, they don't make them anymore.
Welcomed in a warm environment, which respects well the canons of the pub, we note that in addition to the various forms of "sandwich" there is the focaccia.
The choice falls on a pistachio focaccia (the combination of this with zucchini is excellent and original) and on a sandwich with broccoli, (this very well seasoned vegetable) combined with sausage which can be chosen seasoned or plain.
The sandwich is served to me in the same (good) pasta as the focaccia: I personally liked this "mistake" very much.
All dishes are served overflowing with chips - great.
Few sauces, served only "in envelope".
Good draft beer.
Recommended.

For €30 euros in two people, going all out, you eat like Kings! Highly reccomend It. I would definitely come back here next time in Sicily. ?
