Best pizza in catania! Well done guys! There are so many choices. It's not expensive and it's large. There is a take away room and they are very fast. Highly recommend!

One of the best pizzas I have ever had. Hug size pizzas with lots of options too. Service is a bit slow. The restaurant gets very busy so booking in advance is highly recommended. Nice outdoor sitting area.

Here you can come with big family, lots of friends or couple - to meet, to eat, to enjoy ur time. Pizza is really tasty and big?. For me was enough just half. Menu also has so many choices of wine and cocktails. But!!! Should come early or book a table otherwise no space lol. It's full of people. Price is friendly.

I am a frequent visitor to Sicily, visiting the country at least once yearly, staying in different places each time i visit. Sicily is one of the best countries in the world that guarantees good food. On this trip, a family member recommended a dine in experience at Scorzonera. Arrived to the place without booking on a Saturday evening; somehow the manager allocated a table and took us in. A heads up:. Sicily has implemented strict Covid measures and the green card must be presented before being let in places. Scorzonera os no exception. After only 5 minutes of being seated, the server came for the order. Being our very first time at the place, we requested the server's recommendations. It was suggested that we should go for the tagliere which consists of cuts of ham like mozzarella, speck, salami, different types of cheese, pickled vegetables, fresh mozzarella....all local. Then we were also recommended the pistacchio and speck pizza. We settled for the two plates. After less than 10 minutes the server came with the tagliere. The medium size dish was actually huge and large enough for two persons and as main course. The mouth watering fresh mozzarella, the mozzarella di bufala along with the different types of cutlets, was the best we have ever tasted. It was simply divine and we could not actually believe how out of this world the deliciousness of the food tasted. Pictures are enclosed. Then came the massive pizza with a very thin crust and a thick circumference. The mix of pistacchios, speck, mozzarella and the thin pizza base were the perfect combination. My wife and I kept reminding each other how good the food was. We could not finish off the pizza, and neither we had space to go for the dessert, as both of us were super full. By far this has been the best dining experience of my life, I am not joking. Do not just believe me....you must try it out and have your very own personal dining experience. Scorzonera, we will be back. And this is not an if but when. Keep it up!

One of our favorite restaurants in Sicily. The Spiedone de Chef is a skewer of meats, veggies and potatoes. This is supposed to be for 2 but realistically 3 people can enjoy it. Usually if we order the charcuterie board it pretty much fills us up. It's a bit pricier than the average restaurant, but you definitely get what you pay for

The best pizza I have tasted in Sicily. My wife is very picky and she loves it. We have gone three times in the last few months. I highly recommend! I always get the Basico and add sausage.
