K	Katie Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most overpriced hotel I ever stayed at. The service was horrible and most of the staff could not speak English. We paid for a large room, but when we arrived all they had available was their tiniest one. The heating turned off sporadically and the faucets dripped all night. Avoid this place!
F	Frank Burgonson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive hotel for the service we received. The water was never really hot and they basically told us to live with it. We never got more soap and shampoo. Not worth the money they charge. A two star hotel would have been better.
E	Edith Danburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I think they could have done better for the price. The rooms are pretty small and the doors creak. They are really understaffed which makes sense because the hotel was empty during holiday season. Tea was cold. Breakfast was like McDonalds.

There was no one to help with our luggage which was annoying since we had so much ski equipment. In fact, the hotel seemed way understaffed. The TV burned out when we turned it on. They didn’t replace it. The kids weren’t too happy. You have to pay to use the pool and kids aren’t allowed after 4.
A	Alan Livingston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hotel. Nothing functions. You need to read the fine print. You have to pay to use the spa and pool. Asking for an egg costs you another 12 euros. They don't have salt and pepper. Very noisy - streets, rooms, and stairs. The bedside lamp doesn't work. And to top it all off, the staff is rude, rude, rude. They have no patience for guest needs. There is a reason the hotel is half full during holiday season when all the other resorts are full. This hotel just doesn't cut it.

They have a beautiful spa and massage service. Also the best bartender! Five star service although I wanted to keep it a secret so people wouldn’t go I had to write a review.

Service is dreadful. The maid staff didn’t clean our room one day. We had to wait 45 minutes for our bags to be brought to the room. The restaurant should be avoided - the food took forever and was cold. The village is amazing and there are so many other wonderful hotels. This just isn’t one of them.

The pictures looked stunning, the village is incredible and the skiing superb. But my stay was a disaster. The staff needs a primer in hospitality. They never answer the phones. They never clean the rooms. The shuttle they promised me never came. The street noise kept me up for hours. Hot water was a luxury I rarely experienced. The hotel is way overpriced and there are much better resorts with more efficient staffs.
