★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place for a coffee, pastry or a simple hot meal close to the San Marco square, at “normal prices”. Today they had eggplants parmigiana, squids, all kinds of grilled vegetables, rice and potatoes. Everything was really tempting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here upon the recommendation of my hotel’s personnel and it’s been really nice for a few mornings’ caffeination. First day I ordered a caffè corretto, which I didn’t realize included alcohol ? The barista gently suggested “con grappa” when she realized I didn’t know what I was ordering. Buongiorno, indeed! The next two mornings I got a caffè latte and a doppio espresso, respectively. Oh and an almond croissant to go with l’espresso. Sooooo flaky and buttery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word: history! This historic pastry shop in the center of Venice delivers dreamy frittelle, sbrisolone et chiacchiere. The waitresses are really nice and efficient. The prices are low with respect to Venice standards and quality is simply high!!! The shop is pretty crowded so chose carefully the timing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immaculately clean and well appointed, the room was exactly what I was looking for. Staff were helpful and always available and the proximity to Piazza San Marco made the stay even better. I will be coming back again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel in Venice. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and the room size and bathroom were gracious in size. The staff were all so nice and helpful. The location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!
