★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo negozio ben rifornito di Yankee Candle e tantissimi altri oggetti per la casa, sopratutto per le feste di compleanno, cé una vastissima scelta di palloncini tovaglioli piatti per le feste. Consiglio tutti un giro in questo negozio.
Beautiful store well stocked with Yankee Candle and many other household items, especially for birthday parties, there is a huge choice of flat napkin balloons for the holidays. I recommend everyone for a ride in this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's the worst place ever. The girl who works there was actually drinking outside with her friends. My wife came into the shop with her niece and they were looking around on the 2nd floor for the 2nd time, the girl in the shop asked them to leave with the words: "its not a game room, you should leave it". C'mon... Her niece is a 4 year old girl, she is the main customer of this store... The real reason to ask them to leave the shop was just her attention to chill out with her friends and drink some wine instead of taking the resposibility of her working place. I've never seen such a bad service in my entire life.
Good luck in the future with this customer relationship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 5 years old daughter was watching things in the shop and even didn’t touch them. But reception girl told us to leave as we don’t buy anything in a rude way. She wanted to talk with friends outside the shop. I’m still in shock how it’s possible to say this to customers. We could buy something there to our daughter but now I don’t recommend anyone to come there if you don’t want to spoil your mood there. Terrible girl. My daughter was crying as she didn’t understand why that woman wanted to kick us out.

We were not allowed to go upstairs second time with the kid, the main motivation - this is not the game...could somebody explain the logic ? 0_o The girl who’s working where was talking mainly with the friends nearby without any care about customer.
