★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Wife and I have planned what we thought would be the dream holiday in Rome booking a "luxury apartment" with Rome sweet home.
We flew From the UK with extreme excitement to finally visit the Eternal City of Rome, to soon realise that we were not going to live the dream but an absolute NIGHTMARE!
As soon as we arrived in the apartment to meet with the Rome sweet home manager, we were treated with a disrespectful and flirty behaviour, the owner was literally undressing my wife with his eyes, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
The Apartment in reality does not look anything like the images posted in their website, and the amenities are not what was showed.
After checking in and looking to have a hot shower we realised that we had no hot water, the heater and internet connection in the house wasn't working.
The Worst part was when we found the rubbish bin in the bathroom which had not been emptied and removed, and an OLD DIRTY USED COVID FACE MASK IN THE DRAW of the bed side tables.
After all of these issues and the realization that our health could be at risk we contacted the management of ROME SWEET HOME which instead of being helpful were NOT RESPONSIVE and did not resolve any of the above shortcomings.
ROME SWEET HOME left us with no alternative than to seek different accommodation at our cost and inconvenience.
NO ONE HEALTH SHOULD BE PUT AT RISK , AND NO ONES HOLIDAY SHOULD BE RUINED DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF PEOPLE SUCH AS THE MANAGMENT OF ROME SWEET ROME.
