This hotel is absolutely beautiful with the most breathtaking views of Rome, but I would not come here if you are not white. These have to be the most racist staff and guest I have encountered throughout my trip through Europe. Such a shame to spend a premium just to be treated like a second class citizen. Absolutely revolting the experience I have had here. Take your business else where.

Very reliable punctual concierge. Exceptional warm and welcoming host at the bar at march 26, 8 pm provided excellent service. Best vanilla custard croissant for breakfast ive had so far. Some renovations in the rooms would make it perfect but the staff makes up for everything.

Absolutely horrid stay. Staff was relatively kind, however for the price of the hotel the quality was extremely poor. Our dinner was cold, (two occasions), we went for breakfast and most of the food was gone. There was no attempt to restock. One of our bags went missing during check in, it wasn't an important one however its incredibly bad service. Would not reccomend the lounge, they only served some cheese and a disgusting bean soup. We heard many guests complaining about similar issues we had as well. Will not stay again.

Staying at the Cavalieri was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. It didn't start too well though, with the security manager insisting we had to take an antigen test every 24 hours, just because the results are only valid for 24 hours (the logic!). He even brought out a print out of "the law" that didn't mention anything about that of course, but finally someone stepped in and said we didn't need any tests since we had the required vaccine certificates. In spite of this inconvenience, the stay was flawless. We stayed in a beautiful room overlooking the pool and magnificent garden, with stunning views of Rome. Breakfast was abundant, not breathtaking but with enough tasty options and healthy choices. Staff is impeccable, as expected, with nice details such as a bottle of wine and snacks left on the coffee table in the evening in two occasions. A dip in the indoor pool was the perfect end to a day around town.

This is truly the to tier hotel. Very well furnished and maintained rooms that is both classy and modern. I especially loved the modern bathroom with Turkish steam. Bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast menu was ok - I wish they had more options. What sets this place apart from other luxury hotel is the level of service you get. The front desk is very swift and friendly, the concierge is amazingly accommodating, and the cleaning staff is very diligent. I will come back here with my mom. (This is the highest praise I can give).

I wish I could give 4.9 stars, due to the amazing level of service. I’ve never had such amazing service- from the bellhop, greeter, reception, and on and on everyone is very well trained in giving excellent customer service. The reason for only four stars- the walls are so very thin, you can hear your neighbors TV even on low, and their conversation as if they are in the same room as you (and this is even on the imperial floor). The lounge is well stocked, the spa is a nice addition (can’t wait to visit when the Turkish bath is reopened!)

Opulence, opulence, opulence. Five star in every aspect. Breakfast is overwhelmingly pleasant. The spa is a must, don’t forget to wear a swimming cap in the pool. The location is perfect, literally five minutes away from the Vatican. The staff is perfect from check in to check out, they made me feel like family. Overall this is the hotel you want to be in if visiting Rome.

This plush old-fashioned Italian-style hotel is enjoyable in a beautiful nature surrounding. Parts of the hotel are outdated, food is average albeit pricey. Service is outstanding. My room was truly great. The area is quiet but a bit remote from downtown and any lively activity.
