Ripetendo più volte che probabilmente l'avremmo cambiato e fidandoci della proprietaria che stava in cassa non abbiamo controllato se avesse fatto qualche errore. Solamente tornati in negozio, dopo aver scelto il nuovo regalo da sostituire, scopriamo che non si può cambiare. La proprietaria quasi ci ride in faccia, nemmeno una scusa, cerca solo di darci motivi per dire che non valeva penarsi dell'accaduto. Legalmente è corretto ma il trattamento del cliente è ciò che rende un venditore veramente professionale.
