★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo cambiare un regalo ricevuto e mi è stato detto, con non poca indisponenza, che il regalo, se provvisto di garanzia, non poteva essere cambiato. La signora non ha voluto sentire ragioni e non ho potuto fare altro che andare via. Non la consiglio per le persone poco pazienti.
 I had to change a gift I received and I was told, with no small amount of indisposition, that the gift, if provided with a guarantee, could not be changed. The lady did not want to hear reasons and I could not do anything but go away. I don't recommend it for people who are not very patient.
