★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Ferienwohnung hat nicht umsonst 9,9 Punkte! Der Ausblick ist phenomenal! Due Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Dusche, Küche, Waschmaschine... Alles da. Der Toaster ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Der Vermieter Luigi ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Der Wasserdruck ist in Rom überall nicht doll. Wir haben uns echt sehr wohl gefühlt und buchen auch beim nächsten Mal wieder hier. Danke Luigi für den gefüllten Kühlschrank, so dass wir wenigstens frühstücken konnten. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nur 10 min entfernt. Wir kannten uns aber auch schon gut aus, waren das 5te Mal in Rom. Luigi gibt aber gerne Tipps. Metro 4 min entfernt.
 It's not for nothing that this apartment has 9.9 points! The view is phenomenal! The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully furnished. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shower, kitchen, washing machine... Everything is there. The toaster is a bit old. The landlord Luigi is very nice and helpful. There was nothing to criticize. The water pressure is not great everywhere in Rome. We really felt very comfortable and will book here again next time. Thank you Luigi for the stocked fridge so we could at least have breakfast. A small supermarket is only 10 minutes away. But we also knew each other well, we were in Rome for the fifth time. But Luigi is happy to give tips. Metro 4 minutes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luigi and Christina were the best hosts, they couldn't be more helpful! The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 6. They left us with a fridge full of food, snacks, wine and a home made lemon cake, it was to die for. The location was awesome, would recommend anyone staying in Rome to stay here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning location, ideal for visiting the city. View of the Colosseum! Me and mi girlfriend had fabolous stay. We were 2 minutes away from the Colosseum and Forum. The apartment is spacious, clean and with all comforts. Luigi is a very kind, attentive and helpful host. The apartment is well connected by public transport. We will definitely come back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, stylish, apartment in an incredible location. Great view also. The owners are the sweetest people and thoughtfully laid out breakfast food, water, snacks, and a bottle of sparkling wine. It was really impressive how little details were attended to and it made the stay feel special. For example, Bathrooms had toiletries, extra toothbrushes, and little slippers! The heat worked well, did not try the a/c. There is laundry. Shower had fine water pressure in my view, but it was not enough pressure for one of my traveling companions. There is plenty of seating and the wifi was fast. The windows are extremely sound proof which is huge in a city like Rome. We slept well and were comfortable for the whole stay. We recommend this without reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just arrived for a 4 night stay. Extended family of 6. This place is amazing. Everything the ad says and more! Coliseum views from all 3 bedrooms. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. Luigi is also an excellent host! Very helpful and friendly and even left a home baked cake for us and wine as a welcome. Can’t rate highly enough. Comfortable, character filled and excellent location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic weekend here! The apartment was in a fantastic location, immaculately clean, and very well stocked. Luigi was very responsive to my many questions and was right there to greet us when we arrived. The extra touches of wine, lemon cake, milk, juice and breakfast items made the stay even more remarkable. Book without hesitation- there were zero negatives!!! If I go back to Rome I will absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone I know heading that way!?
