Our tour guide was Serena and this was by far best European tour guide we have had past 2 weeks of travel in Italy and Spain. Fun Tours was organized, and the tour was exactly what they promised amd more. That particular day they got us up close vip to Gladiator pit without any other people near us and this was awesome experience which we will never forget. Serena was awesome guide, smart knowledgeable and very oriented into history of Colosseum and ancient background info. Absolutely recommend this compnay and once again, we had bad tours in Spain and Florence but this compnay and our guide Serena were on target! Thanks again.
H	Heather Rejman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible tour and a huge rip off Purchased the ticket for the Vatican museum after taking a tour at the coliseum. It was a “great deal” we fell into a huge tourist trap. Payed $410euro for a Vatican museum tour for 10 people, which was suppose to be a “small group” We had 3 adults, 7 children. 1. Took 90 minutes after the start of our tour to enter the museum. Apparently this is skipping the long wait. 2. The head sets never worked. I brought that to our guides attention twice at the beginning of our tour. 3. Our guide was not a native English speaker and was impossible to understand on the headset. You had to be standing next to her and listening intently, which is impossible with s group of 50. 4. The Vatican museum is extremely crowded. It felt like we were cattle being lead to slaughter. Do not go if you do not like small places and shoulder to shoulder people. WORSE TOUR OF MY LIFE

B	Brian lynch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service of this tour company is non-existent. Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Nada at the "Fun" tour center. We arrived for our 930 tour at 930, only to be told the tour had left 15 minutes earlier and that our only option was to buy another ticket at a different time slot. Nada was incredibly rude. Her tone was flat out condescending that we had the gall to arrive for our tour at the time printed on the ticket. So our group purchased another ticket for 1150. We arrived at the tour spot at 1120 to make sure we weren't late. Nada was mid speech telling another group how they had missed their tour time because they didnt arrive 30 minutes early . It seems that Nada has practiced the speech quite often because a third group was being given the exact same speech before we had even left for the Coliseum. 3 groups in 30 minutes being told their tour ticket was wasted and that no refund would be given. 1/10 recommend using this company. 0/10 recommend ever speaking with Nada again. Only redeeming part was our tour guide. A local that spoke English well and was very knowledgeable about the Coliseum.

We got in Colosseum at 1:36 after standing in a few lines for this and that. And this is with 3 kids. 20 min later after we walked around 20m from the entrance the guide declared end of the tour .... Pretty much the same situation with the fort, which was also included in the price. People please, please, do not fund these conmen and have bravery to say no if you do not feel comfortable about price or other conditions of the deal. You will be better off reading up online about the Colosseum or taking audio tour and buying tickets online.

Our tour guide was Serena and She was the best tour guide we've had so far, very knowledgeable and eager to make the information understandable. We were guided through the workings of the Colosseum and then went on to the Palantine hill and Forum. Serena pointed out so much that we would have missed without her, thank you for making this a great experience.
L	Lorraine Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being conned into paying an extra €18 each to have a guided tour of the Colosseum without a queue the guide walked us to the back of a queue she then said would be 10 minutes (actually 45minutes) she rushed us round the Colosseum, which is definitely worth a visit, and then left us to find the next guide for the Roman Forum by ourselves. Fortunately, that guide was excellent and was the only reason I didn't ask for my money back.

With respect to Vanessa, what to say, is the best guide that has ever touched us, extremely prepared for this work, kind, knowledgeable about all the details of the history of the Colosseum and a very good person.
