★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operazioni di cassa. 20 minuti a cliente, hanno uno sportello solo. se hai 10 persone davanti ci spendi almeno 2 ore. Il commesso sembra in età da pensione ed ha a che fare con lo sportello, con i clienti. Indicativo di tante cose. Un incubo.
