★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo! Personale assente, camera piccola, "bagno" quasi inesistente, in pessime condizio i, nessuno passa a svuotare il cestino o rutirate le tazze usate, nessuno ci ha indicato dove fare colazione. Sconsiglio!!
Very bad! Absent staff, small room, "bathroom" almost non-existent, in very bad condition, no one goes to empty the trash or turn the used cups, nobody told us where to have breakfast. I do not recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En realidad no es un alojamiento tipo Airbnb, sino un hotel. El servicio poco personalizado y muy frío en general desde la comunicación con el anfitrión. No perdonan un minuto de retraso y te cobran penalización a pesar de explicar desde el inicio que es imposible llegar a determinada hora por la llegada del vuelo. Hay una empleada en la recepción que es muy amable y está dispuesta a orientarte en todo momento. El alojamiento es pequeño, limpio, frío y poco equipado, solo cuenta con lo básico, prácticamente como una habitación de hotel. Muy bien ubicado y con adecuada accesibilidad a transporte público.
It's not really an Airbnb type accommodation, but a hotel. The little personalized service and very cold in general from communication with the host. They do not forgive a minute of delay and they charge you a penalty despite explaining from the beginning that it is impossible to arrive at a certain time for the arrival of the flight. There is an employee at the reception who is very friendly and willing to guide you at all times. The accommodation is small, clean, cold and poorly equipped, it only has the basics, practically like a hotel room. Very well located and with adequate accessibility to public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a ROMAN NIGHTMARE! Absolutely do not go here. Firstly, this is neither a hotel nor an airBnb--you end up getting the worst of both worlds. There is no one at the front desk, as there is no front desk, as I'm pretty sure that is an office building that the company rented a few rooms to make into sleeping places. So you also don't get the privacy of an airBnb, as you are right next to other people that made the mistake of booking at Roman Dreams. The hallway smelt like smoke, there were very few outlets in the room, there was no trashcan in the room (outside of the feminine waste receptacle), the WIFI was absolutely horrific, and the people next door were yelling into the night. To top off our experience, one of the four keys we were given genuinely broke in the front door and we had to wait about 1.5 hours in the cold Roman night trying to find a number to call to get us indoors. Absolutely ridiculous. Please do not come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The description of the hotel provided in booking website was not accurate. No board or hoarding of the hotel with the name written on small letter box.
Hotel staff were not contactable on early morning, late evening and weekends with empty receptions. Unwashed laundries left in the room though mentioned verbally to staff, who has difficulty in understanding English. Unwashed cup left in room. Two cups and 6 teabags provided for 3 person for 6 nights stay. Toileteries only on request with blocked bidet left as it is. However, though poor housekeeping, the room was big and beds were comfortable.
