 we stayed in 5 people, the staff is fantastic followed us throughout the stay, beautiful apartment nearby has all the famous facilities of the center of rome.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato alla struttura sotto le feste. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, le lenzuola si sente che sono lavate in lavanderia (cosa rarissima) e la posizione è meravigliosa. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile! Molto consigliato
We stayed at the hotel in the holidays. The apartment is spotless, the sheets are felt to be washed in the laundry (very rare) and the location is wonderful. The friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we booked our apartement 3 months in advance and had our check-in time approved two days prior to our trip, the apartement cancelled our stay on the day of arrival 5 hours before check-in by email without stating any cause.
I really recommend not booking here, if you dont want to search frantically for an apartement, while taking the transfer-shuttle to your destination.
This was a really bad start to our trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! I would give them ZERO stars if available. Reserved and paid for 3 months in advance for our 1 WEEK stay. On the DAY OF OUR ARRIVAL to Rome by Transatlantic Cruise I get an email saying that our reservation had been cancelled the day before DUE TO OVERBOOKING! OVERBOOKING! RESERVED AND PAID FOR 3 months in advance, had communication with them throughout the 3 months regarding early check-in times (supposedly accommodated), taxi arrangements from port in Civitavecchia (after a 2 week cruise across the Atlantic) and overall welcoming us to our stay. Funny how I had noticed that their listing was still available for our apartment between the time I booked it and our arrival....at a higher charge. I truly believe we were cancelled for a higher paying customer. Not only did they have my money for 3 months but of course money was lost when refunded due to conversion and fluctuation of the dollar to euros at the time. As pretty as the pictures look, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BOOKING HERE.
