★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si potrebbero definire con molti termini, ma quello che forse gli si addice di più è INCOMPETENTI.
Invece di presentarsi all'appuntamento hanno chiamato dicendo che era un problema della zona e non dei singoli termosifoni.
La realtà dei fatti è che agli altri condomini funzionano a noi ne funzionano la metà e quasi sicuramente è un problema di valvole dei termosifoni e non di impianto ma in questo modo hanno spostato l'appuntamento di 5 giorni, mahari per motivi loro, ma non per problemi tecnici questo è sicuro, vediamo se verranno e risolveranno il problema per ora sono una ditta da NON richiamare.
They could be defined in many terms, but what suits them best is INCOMPETENT.
Instead of showing up for the appointment, they called saying it was a problem in the area and not the individual radiators.
The reality is that half of the other condominiums are working for us and almost certainly it is a problem of radiator valves and not the system but in this way they moved the appointment for 5 days, mahari for their own reasons, but not for technical problems this is for sure, let's see if they will come and solve the problem for now they are a company NOT to call back.
