★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State attenti!!! Ho appena avuto una pessima esperienza per colpa dei loro disservizi. Oggi ho effettuato un prelievo, o meglio un tentativo di prelievo perchè l'ATM anzichè erogare il denaro richiesto (alcune centinaia di euro), mi ha sputato fuori la carta e nient'altro. In compenso la cifra corrispondente mi è stata sottratta dalla suddetta. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni il personale molto frettolosamente e con totale noncuranza mi ha liquidato dicendo che poteva capitare, che l'ATM era "mezzo vuoto" (di venerdì mattina???) e che SE fosse stato vero prima o poi i soldi sarebbero saltati fuori. Si sono rifiutati sia di mettermi in contatto col direttore dicendo che era impegnato e fuori sede, sia di fare qualsiasi tipo di verifica e di scriversi miei dati, girandomi invece letteralmente le spalle. Se fossero stati gli unici soldi su cui potevo contare avrei dovuto rassegnarmi a morire di fame, chissà se e quando riuscirò a tornarne in possesso. I carabinieri interrogati in merito mi hanno edotto sul fatto che non c'era niente da fare, che le banche hanno le loro regole e avrei rivisto quei soldi eventualmente solo quando i signori si fossero degnati di fare i loro calcoli. La vicenda si commenta da sola, ripeto, prestate molta attenzione.
Be careful!!! I just had a bad experience because of their disservices. Today I made a withdrawal, or rather an attempt to withdraw because the ATM instead of disbursing the requested money (a few hundred euros), I spat out the card and nothing else. On the other hand, the corresponding amount was subtracted from me from the aforementioned. At my request for explanations the staff very hastily and with total carelessness dismissed me saying that it could happen, that the ATM was "half empty" (on Friday morning ???) and that IF it had been true sooner or later the money would be jump out. They refused both to put me in contact with the director saying that he was busy and out of the office, and to do any type of verification and to write my data, instead literally turning my back on me. If it had been the only money I could count on, I would have had to resign myself to starvation, who knows if and when I will be able to get it back. The carabinieri questioned about it informed me that there was nothing to do, that the banks have their own rules and I would have revised that money eventually only when the gentlemen had deigned to make their calculations. The story speaks for itself, I repeat, pay close attention.
