★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo solo 3 stelle perché, nonostante sia soddisfatto della vendita, ci sono state delle particolarità durante la consegna del prodotto che mi hanno lasciato perplesso. I due operai che l'hanno effettuata hanno avuto così tanta fretta da essersi portati via parte dell'articolo ed essersi dimenticati roba loro nel cortile. Avvisato il negozio, sono stato invitato a recarmi in sede per prendere ciò che mancava o ad attendere quando avrebbero rifatto la consegna in zona (forse 7 giorni). Questo aspetto non mi è piaciuto, soprattutto perché ho capito che l'esigenza del cliente non è la cosa più importante per loro e ciò è stato sottolineato dal fatto che, una volta avvisati della loro dimenticanza, la mattina dopo sono tornati a riprendersi ciò che avevano dimenticato (e solo perché non era un oggetto danneggiato, in quanto se l'avessero lasciato di proposito, a quanto è emerso dalla telefonata, i ragazzi avrebbero avuto la piena approvazione del loro superiore. Come se abbandonare i rifiuti non sia un reato). Una volta che a me è stato dato ciò che mancava e si sono ripresi il loro oggetto pensavo che l'esperienza fosse conclusa, invece alcuni giorni dopo ho scoperto che il mobile non era stato completamente montato e ci ho dovuto metter mano io e che mi erano state danneggiate due porte, durante il trascinamento dentro casa.
Ai clienti che si servono di questo negozio tengo ad invitarli a prestare attenzione quando la merce viene portata a casa: che non manchi nulla e che sia montato come si deve. E' un vero peccato, perché il prodotto è di ottima qualità e durante l'acquisto mi sono trovato molto bene.
Unfortunately only 3 stars because, despite being satisfied with the sale, there were some peculiarities during the delivery of the product that left me perplexed. The two workers who carried it out were in such a hurry that they took away part of the article and forgot their stuff in the yard. Notified the shop, I was invited to go to the office to take what was missing or to wait when they would redo the delivery in the area (maybe 7 days). I did not like this aspect, above all because I understood that the customer's need is not the most important thing for them and this was underlined by the fact that, once warned of their forgetfulness, the next morning they returned to take back what they they had forgotten (and only because it was not a damaged object, as if they had left it on purpose, according to what emerged from the phone call, the boys would have had the full approval of their superior. . Once I was given what was missing and they took back their object I thought the experience was over, but a few days later I discovered that the piece of furniture had not been completely assembled and I had to put my hand on it and that I two doors had been damaged while being dragged into the house.
I would like to invite customers who use this shop to pay attention when the goods are brought home: that nothing is missing and that it is assembled properly. It is a real shame, because the product is of excellent quality and during the purchase I was very happy.
