La cassiera di sabato pomeriggio (20/04/2019) è vergoniosa,maleducata e arrogante. Who works at the cashier, must understand that he is doing a job, which is paid with the taxes of the citizens !!!! È sicuramente molto comoda Ma ahimè spesso I treni sono in ritardo o addirittura in anticipo. Sicuramente per chi si trova nella zona di Gregorio VII è il tipo di mezzo più comodo per potersi spostare. Convenient station that connects with the key points of Rome including Termini. As a friend of mine has entitled: Eletto. È ordinata e molto pulita ma gli ascensori non funzionano e mancano anche le scale mobili per portare i bagagli e i passeggini dal sotto passaggio ai treni in superficie From such an important station, more is expected. È un problema per chi viaggia con valigie o passeggini, del tutto inaccessibile per i disabili. Too bad that this strategic (very close to the Vatican) and modern station is full of architectural barriers: the elevator for the tracks does not work (for months), even to access the first track there are steps. It is a problem for those traveling with suitcases or strollers, completely inaccessible for the disabled.

Le scale che conducono dal sottopassaggio ai binari dal 2 al 5 sono strette, il bar è chiuso di domenica e la sua funzione viene svolta da due distributori automatici di bevande e merendine. Possibile acquistare titoli di viaggio sia presso il personale agli sportelli sia alle biglietterie automatiche (ne ho vista una nell'atrio ed un'altra sulla banchina del binario 1).
