m	marco bertolli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai sono 6 mesi che ordino prodotti per uso pasticceria presso Roma Cash e devo dire che i prodotti sono ottimi, ma non gli imballaggi per il trasporto. L'ultimo ordine è stato un mezzo disastro in quanto su 5 confezioni da Kg. di sciroppo di glucosio 2 avevano il coperchio rotto e lo stesso è successo con il barattolo della pasta di nocciola. Mi sono trovato così a dover ripulire quasi tutti gli altri prodotti dal glucosio fuoriuscito dal contenitore maggiormente danneggiato e ho dovuto trovare altri barattoli sia per l'altro Kg. di glucosio che per quello della pasta di nocciola. Non pretendo il rimborso, in quanto il valore è minimo, ma solo una maggiore cura nell'imballo dei prodotti perchè trovarsi a dover pulire le altre confezioni dal glucosio fuoriuscito non è piacevole e soprattutto molto difficoltoso. A volte per essere più sicuri della spedizione corretta forse è meglio fare 2 cartoni o avere un cartone con 2 scomparti. Scusate per lo sfogo, ma era doveroso farvi sapere delle problematiche che ho riscontrato. I have been ordering pastry products from Roma Cash for 6 months now and I must say that the products are excellent, but not the transport packaging. The last order was a half disaster as out of 5 packs of 2 kg of glucose syrup they had the lid broken and the same happened with the jar of hazelnut paste. So I found myself having to clean up almost all the other products from the glucose leaking from the most damaged container and I had to find other jars for both the other Kg. Of glucose and for that of the hazelnut paste. I do not claim a refund, as the value is minimal, but only greater care in the packaging of the products because having to clean the other packages from the leaked glucose is not pleasant and above all very difficult. Sometimes to be more sure of the correct shipping maybe it is better to make 2 cartons or have a carton with 2 compartments. Sorry for the outburst, but it was only right to let you know about the problems I encountered.
