I prodotti sono aumentati, c'è sempre stata molta gentilezza e disponibiltà da parte del personale anche in passato, ma è migliorata l'attenzione verso il cliente anche con prodotti gestiti ad hoc per ognuno. Sicuramente, dare più fiducia gestionale al personale locale, senza prendere sempre decisioni in sfere troppo alte e lontane dal punto vendita e dal luogo che lo circonda, sarebbe un valore aggiunto. La mia prima recensione da 1 stella: "Sotto Natale, di sabato, 3 persone in tutto per: assistenza clienti per articoli non in scaffale, da prendere in alto con muletto (con molti arrivi ancora imballati e disposti in giro nel magazzino, non accessibili...scaffali quindi vuoti), prefatturazione, controllo e fatturazione, eventuali interventi urgenti di pulizia, sempre solo in tre persone. Quindi tempi d'attesa infiniti. Gestione a dir poco inadeguata per un luogo che ha un bacino d'utenza enorme! In una parola: I M B A R A Z Z A N T E ! " I change my previous review from 1 to 4 stars: Certainly much improved everything. The products have increased, there has always been a lot of kindness and availability on the part of the staff even in the past, but the attention towards the customer has also improved with products managed ad hoc for each one. Surely, giving more management confidence to local staff, without always making decisions too high and far from the point of sale and the place that surrounds it, would be an added value. My first 1 star review: "At Christmas, on Saturdays, 3 people in all for: customer service for items not on the shelves, to be picked up with a forklift (with many arrivals still packed and arranged around the warehouse, not accessible ... therefore empty shelves), pre-billing, control and invoicing, any urgent cleaning interventions, always only in three people. So infinite waiting times. Management to say the least inadequate for a place that has a huge catchment area! In a word: I M B A R A Z Z A N T E! "
