★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho assaggiato sia i roll che la bowl e devo dire che sono veramente molto buoni, i prezzi ci stanno, la vera pecca è il servizio. Ho aspettato 40 minuti. 20 minuti in fila perchè in cassa all'ora di cena e sotto le feste c'è comunque solo una ragazza, e dopo di che altri 20 minuti prima che mi servissero un roll e una bottiglia d'acqua. Mi sembra veramente eccessivo e imbarazzante come servizio sopratutto perchè al centro commerciale ci si ferma per mangiare qualcosa velocemente tra un giro e l'altro o in pausa pranzo quindi il servizio dovrebbe essere molto più veloce. Per non parlare della disorganizzazione, la ragazza in cassa sarà andata almeno tre volte al locale affianco per cambiare i soldi facendo aspettare ulteriormente i clienti. Do 3 stelle perchè il cibo merita veramente.
 I tasted both the rolls and the bowl and I must say that they are really very good, the prices are there, the real flaw is the service. I waited 40 minutes. 20 minutes in line because at dinner time and during the holidays there is still only one girl, and after that another 20 minutes before I needed a roll and a bottle of water. It seems to me really excessive and embarrassing as a service especially because at the mall you stop to eat something quickly between one tour and another or during a lunch break so the service should be much faster. Not to mention the disorganization, the girl at the cashier will have gone to the next room at least three times to change money by making the customers wait further. I give 3 stars because the food really deserves it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ piatti davvero buoni e genuini. prezzi modici, ottima la possibilità di creare la propria bowl fantasia. i roll sono deliziosi ed é fantastico il fatto che si possano apportare variazioni ordinando dal display. consigli altissimo, da provare sicuramente. un'idea originale per sperimentare novità ogni tanto!!!
really good and genuine dishes. moderate prices, excellent possibility to create your own fantasy bowl. the rolls are delicious and it's great that you can make variations by ordering from the display. top tips, definitely worth trying. an original idea to experiment with new things every now and then !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bowl più buone della media, ho assaggiato due tipologie di roll e sono ottimi!! Il pesce è veramente molto saporito e fresco. Le bowl belle saporite e la quantità degli ingredienti è perfetta!
Sarò andata a pranzare da rolleat almeno una quindicina di volte in 4 mesi e devo dire che 8 volte su 10 il personale si è "dimenticato" di mettermi le uova tobiko, lo metto tra virgolette perché penso che lo facciano per risparmiare... adoravo il porro fritto come crunch ma lo hanno levato... peccato!
Tra l'altro mi dispiace dirlo ma, un paio di volte che sono tornata indietro per farmi aggiungere le uova tobiko, si sentivano provenire lamentele dal personale della cucina verso i miei confronti. Capisco che magari nella fretta ci si può dimenticare, ma ragazzi almeno abbassate la voce quando vi lamentate di un cliente!!
Ribadisco che nonostante tutti questi "errori" se così si possono chiamare, continuo ad andare a mangiare le bowl da rolleat, perché sono le migliori!
Better than average bowls, I tasted two types of rolls and they are excellent !! The fish is very tasty and fresh. The bowls are beautiful and tasty and the quantity of ingredients is perfect!
I will have gone to have lunch at rolleat at least fifteen times in 4 months and I must say that 8 times out of 10 the staff "forgot" to put tobiko eggs on me, I put it in quotes because I think they do it to save ... I loved fried leek as a crunch but they took it away ... too bad!
Among other things, I'm sorry to say this but, a couple of times I went back to have the tobiko eggs added, complaints from the kitchen staff towards me could be heard. I understand that maybe in a hurry you can forget, but guys at least lower your voice when you complain about a customer !!
I repeat that despite all these "mistakes" if they can be called that, I still go to eat the rolleat bowls, because they are the best!

Le bowl erano molto buone, varie ma soprattutto con ingredienti buoni.
Il servizio è l'unica pecca...lento e anonimo.

A lot of other high quality ingredients to mix are available.
