Ho acquistato la sdraietta di Cam con finzione dondolo a luglio..tutto perfetto..solo che gennaio la sdraietta non si e capitato perché non funzionava più la funzione dondolo...contattato il servizio assistenza clienti..mi contatta Martina super gentilissima e disponibilissima e veloce nella risposta..mando video della sdraietta non funzionante più allego file di pagamento di luglio. Tempo nemmeno 1 settimana mi arriva il pezzo nuovo di zecca!! Mi avevano detto che mi mandavano solo il motorino nuovo invece mi hanno mandato l intero pezzo sopra del dondolo nuovo ! Esperienza più che positiva!
Good morning, more than positive experience !! I bought Cam's bouncer with fictional rocking in July..all perfect..Only that January the bouncer didn't happen because the rocking function no longer worked ... contacted customer service..Martina contacts me super very kind and very helpful and quick to reply .. I send a video of the bouncer not working anymore I enclose payment files for July. Time not even 1 week I get the brand new piece !! They told me they only sent me the new moped instead they sent me the whole piece on top of the new swing! More than positive experience!
