★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale Cordiale e gentile, la macchina era ok. Non impongono a differenza di altri la polizza. Mi sono fatto anche una bella chiacchierata. Sarebbe bello e comodo se fosse aperta anche il weekend.
 Friendly and polite staff, the car was ok. They do not impose the policy unlike others. I also had a good chat. It would be nice and comfortable if the weekend were also open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non lo faccio quasi mai ma in questo caso mi fa un immenso piacere spendere poche righe per questi ragazzi che hanno dimostrato in più di in occasione che oltre ad essere fortemente competitivi sul lato economico sono molto professionali e disponibili qualità che oggi meritano a mio avviso un attenziobe in più quando si fanno delle scelte.

I hardly ever do it but in this case it gives me immense pleasure to spend a few lines for these guys who have shown more than on the occasion that in addition to being highly competitive on the economic side they are very professional and available qualities that today deserve in my opinion a extra attention when making choices.

Prenoto l'auto una settimana prima, faccio il check -in online per velocizzare i tempi e quando mi presento li per ritirare l'auto, oltre al fatto che la signorina si presenta 30 minuti dopo l'orario che avevo stabilito, mi viene detto che non hanno auto disponibili. Hanno solo 2 auto e sono entrambe in uscita. Ovviamente mi infurio per l'accaduto e quando chiedo spiegazioni sul perché online mi dava la disponibilità sempre la solita signorina mi risponde che il sito non è il loro. Assurdo!!! Comunque oltre al grande disagio, mentre me ne vado infuriato, sottolineando la totale assenza di serietà e affidabilità, sempre la solita signorina mi rimane a guardare senza proferire alcuna parola e senza nemmeno scusarsi per l'accaduto. Consiglio a chiunque debba noleggiare un'auto di escludere assolutamente "Noleggiare".

Never happened such a thing !!! I book the car a week before, I check in online to speed up the time and when I introduce them to collect the car, in addition to the fact that the lady shows up 30 minutes after the time I had set, I am told that do not have cars available. They only have 2 cars and they are both outgoing. Obviously I am infuriated by the incident and when I ask for explanations on why online gave me the availability always the usual Miss replies that the site is not theirs. Absurd!!! However, in addition to the great discomfort, while I'm going mad, underlining the total absence of seriousness and reliability, the same old lady remains to watch without uttering any word and without even apologizing for the incident. I recommend to anyone who must rent a car to exclude absolutely "rent".

They charged me an extra day and when I wrote to explain the confusion they did not respond, as well as having my deposit blocked for more than a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not give any stars, if that was an option. Despite booking on line, paying in advance, having a booking number, checking in on line in advance ( save time when it comes to collecting the car, they said), having my driver's licence verified and approved by head office, trying to collect this car was just beyond belief. There were two staff present. The senior one was not remotely interested - could not care less. The junior one was beyond blitheringly and witheringly incompetent. He had NO idea at all what he was doing. To cut a long story short, after an hour and twenty minutes of me standing - on a very hot day - in front of the counter while this young man sat and frowned in front of the computer screen trying to understand what to do, I finally lost my temper. From there, it only took another 10 minutes to get the keys - so an hour and a half all up. Even then, it was not the automatic I had booked and paid for but I was beyond arguing. There is no way I would EVER use this company again and nor would I ever recommend to anyone that they use them. Nor was dropping it off again without issues, but at least it was faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great professionalism and courtesy. I have been let down from the car company Hertz at 6.30 pm Latina. I have phoned Europecar, one of the few agencies opened until 7pm. They completely sorted me out working overtime to draft my application, allowing me to get a car for the same day, which I needed very urgently at that point. Remarkable is the courtesy of the staff, especially the employee Danilo, who attended me with high professionalism. Recommended!
