★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely renovated house in a the cal village of Rocca Pietore. All apartments are renovated with modern facilities and great taste to offer a comfortable stay. The village is well located to connect to Marmolada. It has a small supermarket and a really nice cafe, where you can get all basic necessities without needing to use a car. We stayed for a week with another two couples and total of three babies. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would surely recommend Rocca Bruna appartements to future guests - they offer a different, modern type of Accomodation. which is not easy to find in the area at a very reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely most stunning apartment and ultra friendly hosts. The apart is located on the side of Rocca Pietore providing magnificent views and quietness while being just a couple corners away from the village center. It is very spacious, gracefully decorated preserving the features of the old building and wrapping them in the modern ambience. It has all necessary amenities and more and provides with all necessities not just for a couple days crash but also easily for a long stay - my group of 5 would have no problems being here for a week or two. And then there are the host - Charlotte and Hans and uber friendly, know the area, have tons of recommendations for local activities and are a blast to hang out with. I travel a lot and a place and hosts like these are not too common. A sure treasure for the Civetta/Marmolada area. We will be back. Thank you Charlotte and Hans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic apartments in a great location near Marmolada.
I stayed here with my wife and baby and two other couples also with babies. The apartments were perfect. Very modern, well furnished, clean and well equipped. The bedrooms are a great size and the lounge area could comfortably sit everyone with a large corner sofa. The little town of Rocca Pietore is lovely. With a little cafe that we went to everyday for a great cappuccino and brioche (Italian croissant). It also has a surprisingly well stocked supermarket that is open until 7pm.
For skiing you are just a 5 min drive from the marmalade lifts, which connects to all the resorts in the area.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed in one of the nice new appartements. The lovely hosts made an incredible job to renovate the old house to high level modern living. We liked the cosy atmosphere and we felt immediately at home. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary things for self catering.
The distance to the Marmolata ski slopes was no problem. The little supermarket in the village is in walking distance and has fresh bred in the morning.
We could reach Charlotte and Hans easily for any question and they were always helpful. Thanks for the wonderful holiday!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! Wonderful experience for our family of 4 in the Duplex Civetta apartment for 5 nights! The apartment was modern and beautiful in a great location. Close to Civetta and Marmolada and the hosts did an amazing job of providing many awesome hiking recommendations during our stay which we took full advantage of. Many thanks to Hans & Charlotte for the hospitality!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent accomodation with lovely hosts (both on 2 and 4 legs).
The house is beautifully renovated to modern standards while keeping authentic elements. Located smack in the middle of the Dolomites, at the feet of the Marmolada and Civetta. Other sites are close by. So is Alleghe (10min drive)
Hans and Charlotte (and their dogs) are great hosts. Fluent in Italian, English and Dutch, they help out wherever they can, with suggestions for meals, spots to visit and hikes. They also operate a lovely, equally authentic B&B in their home town (14 houses, somewhat up in the mountains).
Stayed 7 days with a family of 5. We would have stayed 70 (!) days longer if it weren't for school and work related obligations... looking forward to returning.
