★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone gentili e affidabili inizialmente.. Macchina noleggiata per affrontare un viaggio di andata e ritorno per soli 3 giorni.. Il nostro errore è stato non fotografare l'autovettura. La macchina già dal primo giorno spinge verso sinistra e accende una spia. Ci assicurano che non è un problema e aggiungiamo anche due litri d'olio al motore e acqua.Autovettura ferma per tutto il tempo in un parcheggio privato e utilizzata SOLO PER IL TRATTO DI ANDATA E RITORNO SU AUTOSTRADA. Al ritorno riportiamo la macchina e dopo che facciamo notare l'assenza della mascherina sinistra senza dubitare ci dicono che abbiamo avuto sicuramente un incidente. Ora, se la macchina è munita di assicurazione ed effettivamente c'è stato un sinistro o anche una piccola botta dovrebbe essere segnalata sulla scatolina assicurativa.Il viaggio ci è costato il triplo per non dire il quadruplo per riparare un danno commesso sicuramente dal conducente precedente. Non hanno nemmeno dubitato di un probabile furto(cosa inpensabile poiché la macchina ferma in parcheggio custodito). Insomma conclusione abbiamo tolto dei soldi per ripagare un danno non commesso da noi e cacciando la bellezza di 150 euro in più. Menomale che abbiamo controllato NOI l'olio al motore che era a secco sennò avremmo ripagato anche quello. Potessi dare meno di zero lo farei.
Kind and reliable people initially .. Car rented to face a round trip for only 3 days .. Our mistake was not to photograph the car. From day one the machine pushes to the left and turns on a warning light. They assure us that it is not a problem and we also add two liters of oil to the engine and water. The car is parked all the time in a private parking lot and is used ONLY FOR THE ROUND TRIP ON THE HIGHWAY. On the way back we bring the car back and after we point out the absence of the left mask, without doubting they tell us that we certainly had an accident. Now, if the car has insurance and there has actually been an accident or even a small blow, it should be reported on the insurance box.The trip cost us three times, not to say four times, to repair a damage certainly committed by the previous driver. . They have not even doubted a probable theft (which is unthinkable since the car stops in a guarded parking lot). In short, we have taken away some money to repay a damage not committed by us and hunting the beauty of 150 euros more. Luckily we checked the oil in the engine which was dry otherwise we would have repaid that too. If I could give less than zero I would.
