L'ho trovato a Bari. Sono stati gentilissimi e hanno fatto i salti mortali per farmi avere l'orologio in tempo per natale (era un regalo per mio padre). Sono andato personalmente a ritirarlo e la loro gentilezza e professionalità mi ha colpito particolarmente. Nonostante la distanza da oggi saranno il mio punto di riferimento. Direttore gentilissimo e i suoi collaboratori (Stella, Angela e Gina in particolare) di una competenza e cortesia che mi hanno colpito. I'm from Rome, but I was looking for a specific model from Patek Philippe. In Rome the waiting times were several weeks and no one gave me certain answers. I found it in Bari. They were very kind and jumped through hoops to get me the watch in time for Christmas (it was a gift for my father). I personally went to collect it and their kindness and professionalism particularly impressed me. Despite the distance, they will be my point of reference from today. Very kind director and his collaborators (Stella, Angela and Gina in particular) of a competence and courtesy that impressed me.
