S	Silvia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo ringraziare tutte specialmente la Carmen che dall' inizio alla fine del mio viaggio mi ha aiutato a tornare a casa in piena emergenza Covid e quindi un periodo per niente facile. Sono partita il 28 febbraio da Milano per arrivare in Thailandia a Phuket e rientrare a Roma il 29 marzo. Terrorizzata perché era il mio primo viaggio lungo da sola, le ragazze dell' agenzia mi hanno rassicurato e tranquillizzato che sarebbe andato tutto bene e così è stato. Non le ringrazierò mai abbastanza per l'aiuto dato. Se non fosse stato per loro probabilmente sarei ancora bloccata li, da sola, senza nessuna certezza. Il mio rientro è stata la parte più dura della vacanza e quando il 24 hanno incominciato a chiudere tutto in Thailandia per zona rossa è stata una corsa contro il tempo per assicurarmi un volo che puntualmente mi trovavano e mi veniva cancellato subito dopo. Con pazienza ogni giorno la Carmen mi contattava rassicurandomi che stava in tutti i modi cercando di farmi tornare a casa. Il 26 sono rientrata in Italia con la Qatar. Non potevo sperare di meglio. E questo lo devo a loro ma soprattutto alla Carmen che mi ha sopportato e dato coraggio. Consiglio senza dubbio questa agenzia e tornerò sicuramente a viaggiare con loro appena si potrà fare. Siete i migliori. I have to thank everyone especially Carmen who, from the beginning to the end of my trip, helped me to go home in full Covid emergency and therefore a not at all easy period. I left Milan on February 28 to arrive in Thailand to Phuket and return to Rome on March 29. Horrified because it was my first trip down alone, the girls of 'agency have calmed and reassured me that everything would be fine and they did. Do not thank you enough for the help given. If it weren't for them I would probably still be stuck there, alone, with no certainty. My return was the hardest part of the holiday and when on the 24th they started to close everything in Thailand for the red zone it was a race against time to secure a flight that was punctually found and canceled immediately afterwards. With patience, Carmen contacted me every day reassuring me that she was in every way trying to get me back home. On the 26th I returned to Italy with Qatar. I could not have hoped for better. And I owe this to them but above all to Carmen who endured me and gave me courage. I would definitely recommend this agency and I will definitely come back to travel with them as soon as possible. You are the best.
