Mai più fare una vacanza organizzata da loro.In un solo viaggio di una settimana in Italia hanno fatto tre Errori per la poca attenzione e nessuna professionalità. Un hotel bloccato che a pochi giorni dalla partenza non ha più posto e poi torna magicamente disponibile. Lo sbaglio GRAVISSIMO del mio Cognome sul biglietto aereo e anche qui ci siamo dovuti organizzare noi per farlo modificare tramite call center e infine andando direttamente in aeroporto alcuni giorni prima della partenza,nonostante l'agenzia è stata informata del loro grave errore se ne sono lavati le mani.Infine la ciliegina sulla torta è stata un B&B INESISTENTE.Ci siamo ritrovati davanti ad un portone di un palazzo sabato pomeriggio a suonare ripetutamente ad un'appartamento VUOTO,chiuso da mesi come ci ha informato un vicino di portone .All'ultimo ci hanno rimediato una stanza in una struttura con una camera piccolissima e un bagno di servizio senza neanche il bidet.Se pago l'agenzia questi controlli non li devo fare io altrimenti me la prenoto da sola la vacanza. The GRAVISSIMO mistake of my Surname on the air ticket and also here we had to organize ourselves to make it modify through call center and finally going directly to the airport some days before the departure, despite the agency has been informed of their serious error if they have washed it hands. Finally the icing on the cake was an INEXISTENT B & B. We found ourselves in front of a building door Saturday afternoon playing repeatedly at an EMPTY apartment, closed for months as a door neighbor informed us. they remedied us a room in a structure with a very small room and a bathroom without even a bidet. If I pay the agency, these checks do not have to be done, otherwise I can book the holiday myself.

Siamo sempre andati con una qualche "mezza idea" nella testa e ne siamo sempre usciti con una qualche certezza tra le mani...tra le vacanze prenotate, anche il nostro viaggio di nozze in Messico che è stato semplicemente meraviglioso!!! Prezzi nella media. Nessuna brutta sorpresa sorta durante i viaggi. La consiglio. My husband and I have booked 3 trips to this agency to date, and asked for numerous quotes. Each time the staff proved to be competent in recommending the most suitable solutions to our needs. Above all, Nelly has always proved to be available and reliable. Average prices. No bad surprises arose while traveling. I recommend it.

I consigli sono stati sempre ottimi, gli alberghi sempre di gran classe e centralissimi senza spendere un occhio della testa! Il personale tutto al femminile è competente e disponibile! Un vero punto di riferimento :) I have traveled several times with this agency ... I have never had any kind of problem! s	sara canzian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo presentati in agenzia dopo aver preso appuntamento e la dipendente non ha permesso a me e la mia compagna (conviventi e quindi senza alcuna limitazione per via delle normative anti Covid) di entrare contemporaneamente in agenzia per la formulazione del nostro preventivo, rispondendo sarcasticamente “non ne avete parlato fino ad ora”. Abbiamo fatto educatamente notare alla Signora che lunedì scorso, quando ci siamo recati in agenzia, non sapendo della necessità di prender appuntamento, all’interno erano presenti due clienti con un agente, ma ci ha risposto che per la sua sicurezza non potevamo entrare. Comportamento davvero sgradevole e ai limiti della scarsa professionalità. 3	3minuti minuti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'anno scorso ci hanno aiutato a trovare la struttura che accettasse il bonus vacanze. Torneremo sicuramente per prenotare una crociera. Non ricordo il nome dell'operatrice ma è stata davvero molto gentile. Last year they helped us find the property that would accept the holiday bonus. We will definitely be back to book a cruise. I don't remember the name of the operator but she was really very kind.
