★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente sconsigliato. Totale mancanza di professionalità. Hanno sbagliato completamente la visita ma non vogliono rifarmi le lenti. Nessuno ha messo in discussione un errore nella visita sebbene io non ci veda con gli occhiali. Se gli ottici non sono in grado di fare la visita, non dovrebbero fare occhiali senza prescrizione. MA ANDREBBE DETTO.
Ora ho un occhiale INUTILIZZABILE pagato (abbastanza). Se non riesco a risolvere, dovrò andare da un altro ottico.
Ho già contattato il servizio clienti.
Lasciate perdere, se cercate dei professionisti.
Absolutely not recommended. Total lack of professionalism. They completely missed the visit but they don't want to redo my lenses. Nobody questioned a mistake in the visit although I don't see with glasses. If opticians are unable to visit, they should not make non-prescription eyewear. BUT IT SHOULD BE SAID.
Now I have paid (enough) UNUSABLE glasses. If I can't resolve it, I'll have to go to another optician.
I have already contacted customer service.
Forget it if you are looking for professionals.
