M	Maicol 2000 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza ultra negativa con questa compagnia di Taxi.In particolare con il Signor Giorgio,che prima ci ha dato disponibilità e poi all'orario preciso dell'appuntamento ci ha appeso con un messaggio su whastapp rispondendo "ho altri servizi da fare ".Si trattava di una trasferta da Serapo a Baia Domizia,eravamo 9 persone e non ci hanno trovato una soluzione,abbiamo dovuto trovare noi un altro taxi e abbiamo ritardato di 2 ore e mezza alla cena che avevamo programmato da giorni li a Baia Domizia....Inoltre hanno prezzi altissimi in confronto ad altri taxi.....La cosa che piu mi ha urtato è che ha anche avuto modo di conoscere che persone siamo,poichè due giorni prima ci ha accompagnato a Sperlonga,e abbiamo pagato e ringraziato!Bah.....Veramente poca serietà e professionalità. Ultra negative experience with this Taxi company. In particular with Mr. Giorgio, who first gave us availability and then at the exact time of the appointment he hung us up with a message on whastapp replying "I have other services to do". of a transfer from Serapo to Baia Domizia, we were 9 people and they didn't find a solution, we had to find another taxi and we delayed the dinner we had planned for days in Baia Domizia by 2 and a half hours .... They also have very high prices in comparison to other taxis ..... The thing that struck me the most is that he also got to know who we are, as two days before he accompanied us to Sperlonga, and we paid and thanked! ..... Really little seriousness and professionalism.

Parlo di Taxi10gaeta.it che ha creato non pochi problemi a chi si è affidato a loro. E’ di ieri il problema creato ad un gruppo di americani che avendo aereo di rientro a Fiumicino avevano concordato il servizio taxi per le 7 di mattina. Nonostante conferma la sera prima nessuno si è presentato all’appuntamento e l’ineffabile organizzatore aveva i cellulari sconnessi fino alle ore 9. Hanno dovuto ricorrere all’assistenza di amici che si sono gentilmente offerti a portarli a destinazione. Hanno preso l’aereo per un pelo. Questo comportamento grave al limite della denuncia NON E’ UN BEL SERVIZIO ALLA GAETA TURISTICA!!!!! Gaeta is a wonderful place but unfortunately there are unreliable organizations from which you have to be careful before using them. I'm talking about Taxi10gaeta.it which has created many problems for those who have entrusted them. Yesterday's problem was created for a group of Americans who had agreed to take a taxi for 7 am by returning to Fiumicino. Despite confirming the night before no one showed up for the appointment and the ineffable organizer had disconnected cell phones until 9 am. They had to resort to the assistance of friends who kindly offered to take them to their destination. They took the plane by a hair. This serious behavior at the limit of the complaint IS NOT A GOOD SERVICE TO TOURIST GAETA !!!!!
