Chiedo se è un orario preciso o se sarebbero diventate le 22.30 perché in tal caso non avrei ordinato. Mi rassicura che sarebbero state le 22, provando a fare anche prima. Ordino. Dalle 22.25 alle 22.55, visto nessun ordine arrivare, chiamo 7 volte in totale da 2 numeri diversi. Squilla sempre ma non risponde mai nessuno. Alle 23.10 mi chiama un ragazzo per l’ordine, gli dico che non mi interessa più visto che il mio era per le 22. Mi dice che avrei potuto avvisare e attacca. Caro ragazzo: io ho chiamato siete voi che non mi avete risposto. Ad ogni modo se tardate dovreste avvisare voi il cliente, non il contrario. Non è tanto l’eventuale imprevisto a significare mancanza di professionalità, ma come lo si affronta subito dopo. A mai più. Bad. Yesterday 01/11/2021 I call at 20.25 to order two kebabs at home. A woman replies who says that the delivery would have been at 10 pm. I ask if it is a specific time or if it would have become 10.30 because in that case I would not have ordered. He reassures me that it would have been 10 pm, trying to do it even earlier. I order. From 22.25 to 22.55, seeing no orders arrive, I call 7 times in total from 2 different numbers. It always rings but nobody ever answers. At 11.10pm a guy calls me to order, I tell him that I don't care anymore since mine was at 10pm. He tells me that I could have warned and attacks. Dear boy: I called, it was you who didn't answer me. However, if you are late, you should notify the customer, not the other way around. It is not so much the eventual unforeseen that means a lack of professionalism, but how it is dealt with immediately afterwards. To never again.

Siamo stati in 4 persone, personale fantastico, molto alla mano, gentile e simpaticissimo, pollo di qualità, ottima cottura, panini strabuoni, molto veloci nel servizio. Bella l'idea di presentare ogni mese panini diversi con i nomi dei personaggi delle serie TV del momento. Tempi di attesa molto brevi, rapporto qualità prezzo più che accettabile, consigliatissimo. Offre tante varietà di cibo, soprattutto pollo, nelle forme più varie, tra crocchè, patatine con pollo, involtini di pollo con bacon. La possibilità di trovare panini diversi spesso, incentiva anche a tornarci più volte per scoprirne le novità. Locale piccolo, ma molto accogliente soprattutto per il personale, molto gentile e disponibile davvero per ogni esigenza. We went on Sunday to eat these sandwiches but it is not the first time.
