Ha saputo rinnovarsi ed aggiornarsi con il passare del tempo. Ha iniziato a vendere il pollo con qualche bibita, poi inserendo nel menu patatine imbustate, patatine al forno e dopo patatine fritte. Con il passare de tempo, ha aggiornato il menu con pietanze sempre più buone. Stinco di maiale, cosciotto di tacchino, ali di pollo, coniglio, salsicce, spiedini e tante altre pietanze squisite. Chi prova il pollo da mister pollo non lo comprerà da nessuna parte, sempre cotto al punto giusto.
