Dopo dieci giorni non ho avuto ancora il rimborso.... Amazon mi dice di contattare il venditore e questo mi dice di contattare Amazon . Insisto e ottengo da roadhaus una risposta a dire poco maleducata. Pessima professionalità e zero tutela per chi compra , sia dal venditore che da Amazon I bought 2 bike bottles on Amazon, I was contacted by the seller who weren't available and he tries to give me two unwatchable products, I refuse and cancel the order. After ten days I still haven't received my refund .... Amazon tells me to contact the seller and this tells me to contact Amazon. I insist and get an answer from roadhaus that is to say the least rude. Bad professionalism and zero protection for those who buy, both from the seller and from Amazon

Faccio la richiesta del rimborso e spedisco il pacco che sarebbe dovuto arrivare in tre giorni. Bene. Chiamo dopo una settimana e mezzo poiché questo rimborso non arrivava, mi risponde una signora che dopo i vari controlli (che dubito siano stati fatti), mi dice che il pacco non era ancora arrivato e che io non dovevo far altro che aspettare. Aspetto un’altra settimana e alla fine vado in posta: il pacco era arrivato dopo tre giorni che era stato spedito! Chiamo nuovamente e guarda caso c’era stata una svista, sì, il pacco era arrivato ma nessuno se ne era accorto. E ovviamente nessuno che avesse fatto il rimborso di sua iniziativa, ma ho dovuto chiamare io due volte. Mi sembra abbastanza assurda come cosa.. ma va beh. Alla fine ce l’hanno fatta a dopo nemmeno un’ora mi è arrivata la mail di conferma. I bought a motorcycle jacket on Amazon, the product was perfect but it was sent back as the size did not fit. I apply for a refund and send the package that should have arrived in three days. Good. I call after a week and a half because this refund did not arrive, a lady answers me who after the various checks (which I doubt have been done), tells me that the package had not yet arrived and that I had to do nothing but wait. I wait another week and finally go to the post office: the package had arrived three days after it had been shipped! I call again and coincidentally there had been an oversight, yes, the package had arrived but no one had noticed. And obviously no one who had made the refund on their own initiative, but I had to call twice myself. It seems pretty absurd as a thing .. but okay. In the end they made it and after less than an hour I received the confirmation email.
