Durante il montaggio di un armadio si lesionato il vetro di un anta, vado nella sede di Afragola e faccio presente l'accaduto senza fare il nome dell'addetto, come invece volevano sapere. Chiedo se si può riparare, mi danno assicurazioni e vado via. Ritorno, mi chiedono le foto, le invio. Niente, ritorno e la sede centrale dice che non sono chiare(?!), le rifaccio e le invio di nuovo..niente. Torno altre due volte dicendo che dopo un mese non ho avuto nessun riscontri, neanche negativo, nulla! Ho lasciato perdere, non perché arreso, ma nauseato. 1stella not for work, but for consideration for customers. During the assembly of a wardrobe the glass of a door was damaged, I go to the Afragola office and report what happened without mentioning the name of the employee, as they wanted to know. I ask if it can be repaired, they give me insurance and go away. I come back, they ask me for the photos, I send them. Nothing, I return and the head office says they are not clear (?!), I redo them and send them again .. nothing. I come back two more times saying that after a month I have not had any feedback, not even negative, nothing! I gave up, not because I gave up, but because I was nauseated.
