Pur cercando di evitarmeli come la peste, per lavoro, sono stato costretto a cambiare casa frequentemente.L'ultimo spostamento a Londra con pianoforte al seguito. Non avevo mai avuto il grandissimo piacere di servirmi del professionalissimo team del Gruppo Scanniello che d'ora in avanti sarà il mio punto di riferimento. Il mio primo incontro con Antonio, uno dei titolari , mi ha fatto subito capire di essere nelle mani giuste. Quello che traspare con grande immediatezza non sono solo la capacità organizzativa e la professionalità ma anche la volontà di porre al centro il rapporto umano, trasformando il cliente in una persona da mettere a proprio agio in un momento pesante ed impegnativo che è il tanto vituperato trasloco. Il Gruppo Scanniello è una grande famiglia che lavora in sinergia. Il mio sentito ringraziamento va ad Angelo, Alessandro, Salvatore P, Dario,Lino , Mario e Antonio. Le pecche: per quanto possano rassicurarti, i mobili arrivano sempre con qualche graffio, anche in fase di rimontaggio a parete, graffiata anche quella, appena ritinteggiata. Per quanto si parlasse di teli in plastica monouso per il materasso e il divano, hanno usato solo una copertura in plastica per il materasso, NON monouso, e coperte per il divano... Non igienico. I traslocatori brava gente, lavoratori onesti... con un minimo di attenzione in più, sarebbe stato meglio. All'arrivo in Toscana, con quasi 2 ore di ritardo, c'è un mezzo di trasporto diverso da quello pattuito, un guasto, pare, può succedere!... ma il problema è stato che non entrava più dove si doveva scaricare...nonostante avessero voluto, in precedenza, vari video per studiarne gli spazi. Montaggio cucina lasciando indietro ai mobili i fili per gli allacci...mio marito ha dovuto tirarli in avanti di nuovo per recuperarli.... Passa qualche giorno e, nonostante tutto, richiamo la ditta, chiedendo un nuovo trasporto (che avrei pagato, ovvio). Mi rispondono che si, si può fare, e che mi faranno sapere. Dopo 3 settimane, ovviamente, ho risolto diversamente, se no li starei ancora aspettando. Potevano almeno ricontattarmi e dirmi che non se ne faceva nulla. Niente, spariti. Non li richiamerei. Sono anche costosi rispetto alla media, e mi sarebbe anche stato bene, se fosse andato tutto liscio, e se avessero risposto, anche negativamente, alla mia ulteriore richiesta.
