Ho trovato grande competenza, professionalità e scrupolosità fin dal primo giorno, ma ancor di più ho trovato la passione (in particolar modo per le Alfa Romeo) che spinge il capofficina Luciano nel suo lavoro con eccellenti doti di proattività e competenze in tema di prevenzione e risoluzione dei problemi: non di rado capita, infatti, di vedersi risolti a garanzia scaduta problemi anche non marginali o "disinnescati" problemi che sarebbero potuti accadere senza il tempestivo e previdente intervento dell'esperto appassionato. Menzione a parte va fatta all'ottima gestione del cliente, con comunicazioni rapide e tempestive in ogni fase degli interventi, tempi minimi di esecuzione dei lavori e massima cordialità e simpatia da parte di tutto il team, qualità che unite all'elevata professionalità fanno di quest'officina un punto di riferimento per noi clienti ed un esempio per tutte le altre officine a marchio FCA di zona. Non posso che consigliare l'officina RL Motors ed il team di ragazzi che vi lavorano! I have been using RL Motors for the maintenance of my Alfa Romeo for 6 years and since then I recommend it to anyone who needs professional and decisive interventions on their FCA group cars, especially for the cars of the same brand I own. I found great competence, professionalism and scrupulousness from day one, but even more I found the passion (especially for Alfa Romeos) that drives the foreman Luciano in his work with excellent proactivity and skills in terms of prevention and Problem solving: in fact, not infrequently, problems that are not marginal or "defused" are resolved after the guarantee has expired. Problems that could have occurred without the timely and foreseeable intervention of the passionate expert. A separate mention must be made of the excellent customer management, with quick and timely communications at every stage of the interventions, minimum time for carrying out the work and maximum cordiality and sympathy on the part of the whole team, qualities that combined with high professionalism make this workshop is a point of reference for us customers and an example for all the other FCA-branded workshops in the area. I can only recommend the RL Motors workshop and the team of guys who work there!

PURTROPPO NE SONO VENUTO A CONOSCENZA ENTRO I LIMITI DI GARANZIA DOPO ESSERE RIMASTO IN PANNE CON IL MEZZO , IL BRAVO COMMERCIANTE L.R. UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS KNOWED WITHIN THE WARRANTY LIMITS AFTER BEING IN FORTUNE WITH THE VEHICLE, THE BRAVO MERCHANT L.R. BECAUSE IT IS ONLY A MERCHANT, IT HAS RISEN FROM ITS RESPONSIBILITIES WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE VEHICLE MECHANICALLY, I CLEARED MY PRACTICE BY PHONE AS A SUPER WORKER, RECOMMENDING ME TO GO WITH THE INVOICE FROM HIM, RELAXED! AMOUNT OF ALMOST 6.000 € FROM ANOTHER AUTHORIZED FIAT WORKSHOP, TO MAKE MONEY OF THE WARRANTY, (ANOTHER GETTING AROUND) SIN THAT ON THE INVOICE THAT DESCRIBED SUPPLY NEW ENGINE BLOCK (GIVEN FOR CERTAIN ORIGINAL FIAT SEEN AS THE REPRESENTATIVE) THE CODE DESCRIBED IN THE INVOICE DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO ORIGINAL FIAT SPARE PARTS OR NEW OR REGENERATED WITH FIAT WARRANTY. "HAS PROVIDED AND MOUNTED AN ENGINE WHICH DOES NOT KNOW THE ORIGIN AND THE STATE" PROVIDED THAT WITH THE "NEW" ENGINE I WALKED 68.000kM EVEN THE TIME OF A BELT CHANGE. Sicuramente un punto di riferimento sul territorio nel campo dell'autoriparazione. I have been working in the RL Motors workshop for over 10 years and I can only say positive words about the technical competence, service and courtesy that distinguish it. Certainly a point of reference in the area in the field of car repairs.

Siamo stati li stamattina verso le 11 per avere un preventivo sulla riparazione del vetro di uno sportello della macchina. Abbiamo parlato con un signore sulla 50ina o poco piu. La risposta è stata: adesso non è il momento, siamo qui dalle 7. Ok va bene, posso capire che è sabato (anche se non c'era NESSUNO). Poi gli abbiamo chiesto una borchia da prendere subito se disponibile o eventualmente ordinarla. Ma anche qui il signore senza nemmeno risponderci ha continuato a girarsi intorno e guardare il cellulare. Complimenti veramente molto professionali. Una cosa è certa, non ci metteremo MAI più piede né tanto meno vi faremo una bella pubblicità. Se il signore non regge i "ritmi" se ne andasse in pensione. Too bad I can't give less than one star. Pure ignorance and rudeness. We were there this morning around 11 to get a quote on the repair of the glass of a car door. We talked to a gentleman in his 50s or so. The answer was: now is not the time, we are here since 7. Ok okay, I can understand that it is Saturday (even if there was NO ONE). Then we asked him for a stud to be taken immediately if available or possibly ordered. But even here the gentleman without even answering us continued to turn around and look at his cell phone. Really very professional compliments. One thing is certain, we will NEVER set foot on it again nor will we make a good advertisement for it. If the gentleman does not keep up with the "rhythms" he would retire.

Premessa non da poco, il titolare l ho conosciuto 3 giorni fa. I professionisti veri li riconosci già da quando ti aprono la porta. Grazie 24 hours to ascertain the damage, acknowledge it under warranty despite the car is 5 years old, have the dashboard arrive new, fit it, take me home, offer me a coffee when the job is perfectly done. g	gianluigi forte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un tagliando a 30.000 km richiedo un preventivo che a fine lavoro non è stato rispettato: Il cambio d olio non è stato effettuato.. mi è stato detto che a seguito del test olio era ancora buono! Sono state fatte cose non richieste e non presenti nel preventivo.. il rabbocco adblue con spia spenta, il liquido tergicristalli, il liquido antigelo, sostituzione filtro aria condizionata, inversione pneumatici tutto a 193 euro. Il preventivo comprensivo di cambio olio (che ripeto non è stato fatto) era 180 euro. Poca professionalità. Officina pessima. For a service at 30,000 km I request a quote that has not been respected at the end of the work: The oil was not changed .. I was told that after the oil test it was still good! Unsolicited things were done and not included in the estimate .. adblue top-up with warning light off, windshield wiper fluid, antifreeze, air conditioning filter replacement, tire reversal all at 193 euros. The estimate including oil change (which I repeat was not done) was 180 euros. Little professionalism. Bad workshop.
