Ho trovato ottima qualità dei prodotti, gentilezza, professionalità e competenza. Buoni anche i prezzi. Consigliato. I bought from Rivolflex 2 mattresses and a single bed and a half. V	Valentina Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato perché avevo comprato una rete nuova per letto contenitore ed ero molto soddisfatta, quando però li ho richiamati perché purtroppo la rete non era stata fissata nella maniera migliore mi hanno mandato il ragazzo a visionare, mi ha detto che sarebbe tornato dopo 2 giorni , e spariti !!! Non ho più sentito nessuno e mi tengo il mio letto traballante! Peccato mettere una stellina solo per la poca voglia di lavorare , visto anche il periodo delicato ! Me lo hanno portato a casa e poggiato sulla mia rete comprata sempre da loro anni fa. Mi accorgo subito che il materasso è infossato al centro. Li chiamo, mandano il loro addetto presso il mio domicilio che accerta il difetto del mio materasso ma ne riscontra uno anche alla rete. Mi consiglia di cambiare anche la rete ma conferma che un buon materasso non può sfondarsi in così pochi giorni e mi rassicura che mi verrà sostituito. Per di più la rete era stata vista nel momento che mi han poggiato sopra il materasso nuovo senza che nulla mi venisse detto. Tornato in negozio mi fa chiamare dal titolare che se ne lava le mani addossando la colpa a me e alla rete, dicendomi che non intende sostituire il materasso che mi han venduto difettoso. Oltre che la pessima qualità del materasso ho riscontrato pochissima professionalità e attenzione verso il cliente. Ora purtroppo dovrò perdere tempo andando per vie legali per far valere le mie ragioni. Bad experience. I bought a mattress from them no more than two weeks ago. I call them, they send their employee to my home who ascertains the defect of my mattress but also finds one on the net. He also advises me to change the bed base but confirms that a good mattress cannot break down in such a few days and reassures me that it will be replaced. Moreover, the net had been seen when they placed me on the new mattress without being told anything. Back in the shop, he makes me call the owner who washes his hands, putting the blame on me and the net, telling me that he does not intend to replace the mattress that sold me defective. In addition to the bad quality of the mattress, I found very little professionalism and attention to the customer. Now, unfortunately, I will have to waste time going through legal channels to assert my reasons.
