I prodotti sono ottimi e ben descritti , ma sopratutto il cliente viene guidato con pazienza e serietà dando l impressione di mettere al primo posto la sua soddisfazione.
Dal rilievo delle misure alla visita dello show room ho incontrato gente esperta e che non fa male anche simpatica e umile ma sottolineo molto capace secondo me .
Basta dare un occhiata ai loro lavori .
I found a great welcome and preparation, a really nice job up to the last detail.
The products are excellent and well described, but above all the customer is guided with patience and seriousness, giving the impression of putting his satisfaction first.
From the survey of the measurements to the visit of the show room I met experienced people and it doesn't hurt even nice and humble but I emphasize very capable in my opinion.
Just take a look at their work.

Gentilissima la signora Gabriella sempre disponibile ed attenta ad accontentare i propri clienti.
Ho avuto problemi sulla serratura di un portone fatto da RIVAS circa 20 anni fa e che nonostante il tempo è ancora in ottime condizioni (pagato molto ma ne è valsa la pena). Grazie alla signora siamo riusciti a sostituire la serratura ormai difficile da trovare senza dover fare interventi sul portone stesso. Grazie Sig.ra Gabriella

I had problems on the lock of a door made from RIVAS about 20 years ago and although the weather is still in excellent condition (paid a lot but it was worth it). Thanks to the lady we were able to replace the lock now difficult to find without having to work on the door itself. Thanks Ms. Gabriella
