★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da 10 mesi che aspetto che vengano a cambiare una cerniera difettosa, precedentemente montata sempre da loro. Continuo a chiamare per sollecitare, inizialmente dicevano che mi avrebbero richiamato in giornata (mai successo), poi hanno accampato mille scuse e ancora non ho visto nessuno e intanto la porta è incrinata.
Pessimi. L'addetto è introvabile, il signore che risponde cade ogni giorno dalle nuvole...
I have been waiting for 10 months for them to come and change a defective hinge, which they have previously fitted. I keep calling to urge, initially they said they would call me back in the day (never happened), then they made a thousand apologies and I still haven't seen anyone and in the meantime the door is cracked.
Bad. The attendant is nowhere to be found, the gentleman who answers falls every day from the clouds ...
