Per me potrebbe chiudere l’agenzia da oggi .
Veramente deludente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia veramente pessima. Non conoscono neanche gli articoli del codice civile che inseriscono nei contratti che proprietari e inquilini dovrebbero rispettare. (...quando glielo fai notare ti prendono in giro e ti trattano come uno stupido)
Pensare che ci hanno rubato in casa (eravamo inquilini) e hanno detto che le spese della finestra rotta dai ladri era a carico nostro (e non del padrone), quando sul contratto c'è scritto chiaramente che sono a carico del padrone. E d'accordo col padrone ci hanno trattenuto i soldi della finestra quando il padrone ha l'assicurazione sulla casa.
UNA FRODE BELLA E BUONA!!!!!!
Non fanno i dovuti controlli delle spese e documentazione e non si preoccupano di farlo. Sono abbstanza limitati.
Non rispondono mai alle mail. Devi continuamente chiamarli e richiamarli.
E quando chiedi spiegazioni si inventano scuse tipo...il padrone è via, deve passare a parlare in ufficio, ecc... (lo hanno ripetuto diverse volte).
I SOLDI PER IL SERVIZIO PERO' LI PRENDONO.
E IL SERVIZIO E' ESTREMAMENTE SCADENTE...

Really bad agency. They do not even know the articles of the civil code that insert in the contracts that owners and tenants should respect. (... when you point it out to them they tease you and treat you like a fool)
To think that they stole us at home (we were tenants) and said that the costs of the window broken by the thieves was on us (and not the owner's), when the contract clearly states that they are the responsibility of the owner. And in agreement with the owner they kept the window money when the owner had house insurance.
A GOOD AND GOOD FRAUD !!!!!!
They do not do the necessary cost and documentation checks and do not bother to do so. They are very limited.
They never reply to emails. You have to constantly call them and call them back.
And when you ask for explanations, they make up excuses like ... the owner is away, he has to go on talking in the office, etc ... (they repeated it several times).
THE MONEY FOR THE SERVICE BUT TAKE THEM.
AND THE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR ...
No one's advisers to anyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente ,fate molta attenzione ad affidarvi a questi personaggi( il "sig"Paolo e il compare "vecchietto" se é ancora vivo) potreste trovarvi in seri guai.
To be avoided absolutely, be very careful to rely on these characters (the "Mr." Paolo and the "old man" friend if he is still alive) you could find yourself in serious trouble.
