Il proprietario mi ha affilato i coltelli in maniera impeccabile ora tagliano meglio che da nuovi. Consigliatissimo After bringing my knives to sharpen in more places (with poor results) I finally found this little sharpening paradise. The owner sharpened my knives flawlessly now they cut better than from new ones. Highly recommended
