★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono veramente delusa dalla maleducazione e mancanza di professionalità di questa azienda a cui, peraltro, avevo affidato la ristrutturazione del mio appartamento anni fa pagando svariate migliaia di Euro. Ogni volta che ho avuto un problema venivo sempre rimbalzata sia via telefono che via mail in una penosa rincorsa per avere un pò di assistenza. L'ultimo episodio è accaduto settimana scorsa in cui ho chiamato più volte facendo presente che avevo un problema urgente da risolvere (la mia doccia aveva allagato l'appartamento del piano di sotto) e non ho mai ricevuto riscontro, nonostante le persone a cui mi sono rivolta mi avessero assicurato che avrebbero riferito e mi avrebbero richiamato. Indecente questo comportamento e a mio avviso inqualificabile. Io credo che chiunque abbia diritto di ricevere una risposta, anche negativa, ma almeno una risposta.
 I am really disappointed by the rudeness and lack of professionalism of this company which, however, I had entrusted with the renovation of my apartment years ago paying several thousand euros. Whenever I had a problem I was always bounced both by phone and by email in a painful run-up to get some assistance. The latest incident happened last week where I called multiple times pointing out that I had an urgent problem to resolve (my shower had flooded the downstairs apartment) and never got a response, despite the people I get to. I said they assured me that they would report and call me back. Indecent this behavior and in my opinion unspeakable. I believe that anyone has the right to receive an answer, even a negative one, but at least one answer.

Giorgio e soprattutto Carmen, persone eccezionali che hanno saputo trasformare ogni nostra idea ed esigenza in realtà. Carmen è stata veramente paziente e sempre sul pezzo e super disponibile. Affidarsi a loro è stata la scelta più giusta ed azzeccata che potessimo fare. Ora ci godiamo la nostra nuova casa senza un imperfezione, cosa rara ormai.
Anche tutti i loro collaboratori, sono persone magnifiche e disponibili in tutto e per tutto.
Se avete bisogno di ristrutturare la vostra casa, il consiglio è di affidarsi completamente a loro senza nessuna esitazione.
We have renovated the house with this company. Precise, punctual, perfect, in short, the best you could wish for. Giorgio and especially Carmen, exceptional people who have been able to transform all our ideas and needs into reality. Carmen was really patient and always on point and super helpful. Relying on them was the right and best choice we could make. We now enjoy our new home without an imperfection, which is rare now.
Even all their collaborators are wonderful people and available in all respects.
If you need to renovate your home, the advice is to completely rely on them without any hesitation.

The strengths were the speed of execution (everything was completed on schedule despite the Covid period) and the ability to respond to every request thanks to the network of the most disparate technicians and professionals; with the convenience on our part of having only one interlocutor.
