Per farla breve ho ordinato una cappa cubica da 500€ da loro solo perché mi avevano garantito ( ho la chat) 48 ore per la consegna, visto che l'apertura del negozio era imminente. La cappa non solo mi è arrivata un giorno prima dell'inaugurazione e cioè 5 giorni dopo l"ordine e dietro infinite sollecitazioni, ma mi è stata consegnata con corriere sda e ANCHE ROTTA. Il mio unico errore è stato non firmare con riserva, presa dal nervoso del ritardo e di non aver mantenuto i patti di consegna ( ho le chat con l'operatrice che mi rassicurava di ordinare perché mi garantiva 48 ore). Quando abbiamo in 5, liberato la cappa dalla pedana di legno, ci siamo trovati davanti alla sorpresa, tutta la parte frontale al pubblico era danneggiata ( ho le foto). Ho chiesto o la sostintuizione a carico loro, perché nell'attesa che arrivasse la cappa ho pagato la giornata a vuoto agli operai 2 volte, o la restituzione della metà dell'importo e non ho ottenuto nessuna delle 2 cose. Infondo avevo pagato per una cappa nuova non per una rotta. Abbiamo ordinato tante cose da ristofast e chefline e sono arrivate intatte, solo la cappa da loro ed è arrivata rotta... Mai più! Hanno detto che mi manderanno un pezzo per adattare la cappa, poca roba rispetto al danno. To be avoided absolutely! ! In short, I ordered a € 500 cubic hood from them just because they had guaranteed me (I have the chat) 48 hours for delivery, as the store was about to open. The hood not only arrived a day before the inauguration and that is 5 days after the order and behind infinite requests, but it was delivered to me by SDA courier and ALSO ROUTE. My only mistake was not signing with reserve, taken by the nervous of the delay and not having kept the delivery agreements (I have chats with the operator who reassured me to order because she guaranteed me 48 hours). When we have in 5, freed the hood from the wooden platform, we found ourselves in front of the surprise, the whole front part of the public was damaged (I have the photos). I asked for them to be replaced, because while waiting for the hood to arrive I paid the day empty to the workers 2 times, or half the amount was returned and I didn't get any of the 2 things. Infuse I paid for a new cape not for a route. We ordered so many things from ristofast and chefline and they arrived intact, only the hood from them and it arrived broken ... Never again! They said they will send me a piece to fit the hood, a little stuff compared to the damage.

Lo consiglio per chi volesse acquistare qualsiasi attrezzatura da lavoro. Azienda e personale molto seri. Excellent company. Serious and very friendly.
