★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliatoci dall’hotel dove soggiornavamo e devo dire che ci hanno dato veramente una buona indicazione. La signora instancabile che gestisce è anche la cuoca. Competente e cordiale. Abbiamo preso il tonno al cartoccio con zucchine ( tenero , delicato e freschissimo) e la pasta calamarata. ( molto buona anche questa). Sfortunatamente non ho preso il dolce pasticciotto e me ne sono pentita. Era fatto in casa secondo la ricetta salentina. Personale gentile e posto carino.
 Recommended by the hotel where we were staying and I must say that they really gave us a good indication. The tireless lady who runs it is also the cook. Competent and friendly. We had the baked tuna with courgettes (tender, delicate and very fresh) and the calamarata pasta. (this is also very good). Unfortunately I didn't take the sweet pasticciotto and I regretted it. It was homemade according to the Salento recipe. Nice staff and nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il commento è tutto sommato positivo, esperienza bella e calda, personale accogliente e molto disponibile. La spesa è nella media, la qualità del cibo è buona (io stra consiglio gli gnocchi alla crema di scampi), il menù è prevalentemente di pesce. Io ho avuto delle riserve sulla cottura della bistecca di tonno, e mi sono venuti incontro applicando uno sconto alla cassa. Lo definirei un ristorante con dei piatti classici, ma tutto sommato buoni. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e alla mano.
The comment is all in all positive, nice and warm experience, welcoming and very helpful staff. The shopping is average, the quality of the food is good (I highly recommend the gnocchi with scampi cream), the menu is mainly based on fish. I had reservations about how to cook the tuna steak, and they came to meet me by applying a discount at the cashier. I would define it as a restaurant with classic dishes, but all in all good. The owner is very helpful and easy-going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesce fresco e ben cotto. Sono rimasto felice dei piatti che ho ordinato, gnocchi con un sugo di pesce e un fritto di calamari. I prezzi sono corretti per ciò che viene offerto.
Ci sono però alcune note negative che mi fanno propendere per le 3 stelle:
ho trovato l’esterno un po’ trascurato e quando sono arrivato ho sentito puzza di fogna, probabilmente arrivava dai tombini opportunamente celati.
Inoltre Il bordo del primo piatto era pieno di ditate.
Fresh and well cooked fish. I was happy with the dishes I ordered, gnocchi with a fish sauce and a fried calamari. Prices are correct for what is offered.
However, there are some negative notes that make me lean towards 3 stars:
I found the exterior a bit neglected and when I arrived I smelled the smell of sewage, it probably came from the properly hidden drains.
Also The edge of the first plate was full of fingerprints.

Cena ottima , rapporto qualità prezzo fenomenale ma soprattutto a partire dai camerieri e a salire fino alla proprietaria tutti gentili e disponibili. La chicca è stato il tour con spiegazione per conoscere il luogo e perché Terme.....iper consigliato
Dinner in a romantic and very beautiful place. Excellent dinner, phenomenal value for money but above all starting from the waiters and going up to the owner, all kind and helpful. The gem was the tour with explanation to know the place and why Terme ..... hyper recommended

Bella la location, atmosfera accogliente, personale super professionale e molto gentile, piatti ottimi (sia di carne che di pesce), ampia scelta di vini e prezzi adeguati alla qualità della materia prima e poi c'è da dire che il menù varia quindi ogni volta si possono assaggiare piatti diversi. Menzione speciale per la stracciata al tartufo e gli spaghetti al cartoccio. Se siete in cerca di un posto in cui portare una persona speciale, questo è quello che fa per voi!
Going to dinner at the Ristoro Terme di San Galigano is always a safety! Beautiful location, welcoming atmosphere, super professional and very kind staff, excellent dishes (both meat and fish), wide choice of wines and prices appropriate to the quality of the raw material and then it must be said that the menu therefore varies every time you can taste different dishes. Special mention for the stracciata with truffles and spaghetti baked in foil. If you are looking for a place to bring someone special, this is the place for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flauvia is the best hostess! What a sweet, wonderful woman. We had 9 courses of magic, including polenta, baccala, fried zucchini flower, two different kinds of ravioli, roast wild boar, dessert...heaven. Thank you Giovanna for being an excellent server.

..and eat....eat....eat. a gastronomic experience that you do NOT want to miss. You will likely be full when you leave. But eat...eat...eat... oh yes
...there is wine...be sure to enjoy the wine. You will be able to tell your friends and neighbors about this place....and they will be jealous. Do NOT miss this place!!! ENJOY
