In centro storico a Imola, senza fronzoli ma in un ambiente piacevole, cucina gustosa e personale cortese. Prezzi assolutamente convenienti. Lo consiglio senz'altro!!!! I've been there a few times and have always enjoyed it. In the historic center of Imola, without frills but in a pleasant environment, tasty cuisine and courteous staff. Absolutely affordable prices. Definitely recommend it !!!!

Sulle tovagliette specificano che i profitti vengono utilizzati per preparare i pasti per la mensa dei meno fortunati, quindi si può mangiare bene, spendere poco e aiutare anche il prossimo, meglio di così? Excellent value for money, simple place, staff at hand, the premises are very beautiful, very high ceilings, inside an ecclesiastical complex. On the placemats they specify that the profits are used to prepare meals for the canteen of the less fortunate, so you can eat well, spend little and also help others, better than that?
P	Paolo Savigni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante "RiStorico" si trova all'interno del Palazzo Sassatelli (poi Monsignani) a Imola. Dall'imponente portone d'ingresso del palazzo si accede ad una corte interna con porticato di colonne in arenaria che danno un senso di leggerezza all'intera struttura: questa bella "location" mi ha spinto ad entrare nel ristorante per un pranzo veloce. Ho apprezzato l'interno del ristorante, molto ampio, con i soffitti altissimi, ridipinto in tinte neutre, i pavimenti di graniglia recuperati, un po' meno l'arredamento moderno e minimalista, un poco anonimo. Il menu offre dei piatti tradizionali della cucina emiliano-romagnola ad un prezzo popolare. Ho ordinato un piatto di passatelli in brodo che sinceramente mi ha deluso in quanto privo del sapore tipico di questo piatto classico della cucina romagnola: i passatelli vanno fatti con uova e solo pangrattato e parmigiano in parti uguali, senza l'aggiunta di farina! Questo piatto fatelo pagare di più, ma fatelo come si deve! Il servizio è cordiale ma non particolarmente veloce. Il mio voto comunque sono tre stelle di incoraggiamento. The "RiStorico" restaurant is located inside Palazzo Sassatelli (later Monsignani) in Imola. From the imposing front door of the building leads to a courtyard with a portico sandstone columns that give a sense of lightness to the entire structure: this beautiful "location" has prompted me to get into the restaurant for a quick lunch. I liked the interior of the restaurant, very spacious, with high ceilings, repainted in neutral colors, the recovered terrazzo floors, a little 'less than the modern and minimalist decor, a little anonymous. The menu offers traditional dishes of Emilia-Romagna cuisine at a popular price. I ordered a plate of passatelli in broth that honestly disappointed me because it lacked the typical flavor of this classic dish of Romagna cuisine: passatelli should be made with eggs and just breadcrumbs and Parmesan in equal parts, without adding flour! Pay more for this dish, but do it properly! The service is friendly but not particularly fast. My vote however are three encouraging stars.

Ottimi e abbondanti i tortellini panna e salsiccia. Hanno anche la cotoletta alla bolognese o petroniana difficile da trovare da queste parti. Recentemente aperto solo il venerdì e sabato sera con menu di pesce ma con alcune possibilità di primi e secondi di carne che normalmente sono presenti a pranzo. Bel posto in un palazzo storico del centro si sposa bene sia per cene romantiche di coppia che per gruppi non troppo numerosi. Il locale a soffitto alto ha un leggero eco di brusio. Recensione di una cena, rimango curioso di vedere com'è a pranzo. Excellent value for money, discovered with the fork probably because it is normally open for lunch with a meat menu. The tortellini with cream and sausage are excellent and abundant. They also have the Bolognese or Petroniana cutlet that is hard to find in these parts. Recently open only on Friday and Saturday evenings with a fish menu but with some possibilities of first and second courses of meat that are normally present at lunch. Nice place in a historic building in the center, it goes well both for romantic dinners for couples and for small groups. The high-ceilinged room has a slight echo of hum. Review of a dinner, I am curious to see what it is like at lunch.

Personale affabile e cordiale, gestione familiare senza pretese, nonostante l'apparenza potrebbe far pensare ad un locale di lusso. Ho cenato con la famiglia nel periodo del baccanale, quindi ho preso il menù a tema (quest'anno era il gusto amaro). Pietanze di buona fattura e buon sapore, da curare meglio la presentazione. Buono l'antipasto. Discreto il primo, anche se non amaro come mi aspettavo. Ottimi carne e dolce. Porzioni perfette per sopravvivere ad un menù di 4 portate (tranne il primo, decisamente abbondante). Scelta dei vini limitata, ho selezionato un Sangiovese superiore locale più che dignitoso. Conto più che adeguato al cibo, al vino ed al locale, nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Restorative, not Refreshment. Nice place in the center of Imola, located in a historic building (entrance from the courtyard). Affable and cordial staff, unpretentious family management, despite the appearance it could make you think of a luxury venue. I had dinner with the family during the bacchanal period, so I took the themed menu (this year it was the bitter taste). Well-made, good-flavored dishes, with a better presentation. Good appetizer. The first is discreet, although not as bitter as I expected. Excellent meat and dessert. Perfect portions to survive a 4-course menu (except the first one, which is definitely abundant). Limited wine selection, I selected a more than decent local superior Sangiovese. Account more than adequate for food, wine and the place, overall excellent value for money.
