Warm and comfortable environment in the old way so to speak. And the kitchen is the perfect representation of this. Ideal for convivial lunches or dinners.

Sono tornato qualche giorno fa dopo anni che non venivo e con mio grande piacere ho trovato lo stesso ottimo livello di cucina e la stessa gradevolissima atmosfera. Grande Massimo in cucina e grandissima Marta in sala. Super Consigliato!!!
The Parlamintè is a place that I have known for many years and to which I am particularly fond of. I returned a few days ago after years of not coming and to my great pleasure I found the same excellent level of cuisine and the same pleasant atmosphere. Great Massimo in the kitchen and great Marta in the dining room. Super Recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico locale di cucina tradizionale a Imola che ci ha letteralmente salvati alle 10 di sera di giovedì, oltretutto con un piatto di cappelletti al ragù ed uno di tortelli di patate ai funghi porcini degni di nota. Il 5 se lo sono meritato poi con il vino della casa ed un tortino fondente che ci ha fatti andare a letto felici!
The only traditional cuisine restaurant in Imola that literally saved us at 10 pm on Thursday, plus with a plate of cappelletti with meat sauce and one of noteworthy potato tortelli with porcini mushrooms. On the 5th they deserved it then with the house wine and a dark cake that made us go to bed happy!

Tutto molto buono, e prezzi giusti. Unica pecca... se si vuole salutare/complimentarsi col cuoco, e si va addirittura in cucina, bisogna indossare la mascherina!!! Altrimenti non dovrebbe essere consentito, anche se in amicizia.

All very good, and fair prices. The only flaw ... if you want to greet / compliment the cook, and even go to the kitchen, you have to wear a mask !!! Otherwise it should not be allowed, even if in friendship.
