È una perfetta location per matrimoni, feste, comunioni, battesimi ecc. Ma al suo interno c'è un ristorante aperto per i giorni festivi ed i weekend. Il giardino è molto ben curato, con piscina ed un laghetto. Si respira una bellissima atmosfera. I piatti sono a base di prodotti in gran parte locali e tipici. Le ricette sono tradizionali ma rivisitate. I gusti sono chiari, ben distinti. Sia alla vista che al palato riesci a riconoscere ogni ingrediente e ne puoi assaporare la qualità. Not just a wedding venue Villa Giulia is a structure located in Vitorchiano, easily reachable from the highway exit. It is a perfect location for weddings, parties, communions, baptisms etc. But inside there is a restaurant open for holidays and weekends. The garden is very well maintained, with a swimming pool and a pond. There is a great atmosphere. The dishes are based on mostly local and typical products. The recipes are traditional but revisited. The tastes are clear, distinct. Both to the eye and to the palate you can recognize each ingredient and you can savor its quality.

E' una perfetta location per matrimoni, ad un'ora da Roma, è contornata da attrazioni naturalistiche come il laghetto o l'ampio parco con alberi secolari, cosi che chi la sceglie anche per eventi possa sentirsi libero di festeggiare in tranquillità. Il ristorante aperto dal mercoledì offre queste prelibatezze: ANTIPASTI - Selezione di salumi e formaggi della Tuscia, bignè con crema pasticcera salata, sfera di formaggio al sesamo, fritti di verdure - Tartare di manzo con tartufo estivo e sfere di aceto balsamico - Mozzarella ripiena di parmigiana - Baccala mantecato su vellutata di carote e alici. PRIMI - Risotto al tartufo estivo con glassa di miele e nocciole dei Monti Cimini - Spaghetti alla chitarra con ragù bianco di manzo battuto al coltello - Tortelli al baccala su crema di ceci con crumble aromatizzato al rosmarino - Lombrico Viterbese cacio e pepe con tartare di gambero rosso.
