★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a place I would visit in the future. The pasta of my companian was much too salty to wat and the calf meat I ordered was not accompanied by potstoes, vegetables or anything. When we complained about it, the owner started to be agitated and started a discussion about what he thougt to be correct. It ended in a negative way. I think it is a very negative attitude for an owner with a bad cook (possibly his female partner).
One place we will never visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ True, this is not the cheapest restaurant in Italy, but it wouldn't be fair to give less than 4 stars. We were very content with the nice food (indeed €25 for the almost never ending antipasti), the service and the nice atmosphere.
And still the food is much cheaper than in our country. We liked the red wine, not the white one. Got a nice limonchello of the house and never had the idea to be pushed into the menu by the cook.
Besides... the restroom was very clean.
I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am spending my holidays at sicily now for the 3rd year in a row and finally I found a god in a cucina!!! Wow, do not think about what to eat, just let you surprise by the chef. You will not regret this!!!! My wife and I had the chef‘s speciality: a little bit of everything: roughly 10 different plates of sicily’s finest food in the best quality, fresh and tasty. go and try it.
If it would be possible to give 10 stars, I would give them all! WOW!
