★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely to be recommended. It's everything that is beautiful about Italian cuisine: amazing quality ingredients that are prepared very straightforward. Technically interesting, wonderful flavor combinations, yet always so close to tradition. The wine list offers a very complete selection of the best local winemakers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We very much enjoyed eating at Ristorante Trippi. Many Valtellina specialties. Recommended to us by one of the Valtellina Winemakers and we were not disappointed. This restaurant is a must if you are visiting the Valtellina for the first time. Hopefully we will make it back to the region again and if we do we will go to Ristorante Trippi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sophisticated and refined culinary experience just outside of Sondrio. Great selection of Valtellina wine to drink with your meal or purchase to go. Had Inferno from two different producers, and both paired beautifully.
